‘Such a coward!’ MAFS Australia fans slam Gia as she locks herself in the bathroom and refuses to speak to Danny as she’s matched with him in Feedback Week
Danny didn't get to participate because of GiaMAFS Australia fans have been left annoyed at Gia once again, as she refused to speak to Danny during the Feedback Week task.
It’s over halfway through the experiment, so many of the couples are looking to the future. However, for Gia, her actions on the show meant she didn’t want anything to do with the others.
As Feedback Week began, it allowed participants to open about their relationship with someone else. But Gia just didn’t want to take part at all.

Why did Gia refuse to speak to Danny?
While Scott was opening up about his and Gia’s relationship issues to Stella, he assumed Gia was also participating in the task.
However, that wasn’t the case. Instead, she had locked herself in the bathroom, refusing to go, as she knew she would be matched with someone she didn’t want to see.
Danny and Gia have had an ongoing feud from the start, after she accused him of making a comment about her being more his type than Bec. Then, as Bec and Gia went head-to-head in numerous occasions, Danny always took his wife’s side. So, spending one-on-one time with him was not something Gia wanted to do.
As she was locked in the bathroom, the producers asked her to explain what was going on. Gia admitted: “I’m not doing it. You guys can call [bleep] yourselves at this point. I don’t know why the [bleep] this is an important thing to do today. This experiment is full of [bleep]. And I don’t really care what the experts have to say.”
Danny was left by himself, and therefore couldn’t take part in the task. And while he admitted he was “disappointed” he told the producers he would rather “talk to a wall” than Gia.

Later, speaking to Scott, Gia admitted she didn’t go on the task. And the tense atmosphere made Scott feel too uncomfortable to bring anything up about their issues.
She told him: “I didn’t go on it. I don’t give a [bleep] for anyone’s feedback at this point. There’s no relationship that I want to copy. There’s nobody who could give advice that’s better than what you and I are doing already. So, I just thought [bleep] that.”

MAFS Australia fans slam her behaviour
However, by refusing to see Danny, it just made MAFS Australia fans feel that Gia was actually being a coward about the whole thing.
Taking to a Reddit thread following the episode airing in Australia, many called her out for her hypocritical behaviour. Especially as she seems to always be the one giving feedback on other relationships.
One penned: “Gia is, without a doubt, the biggest coward and the worst bully this show has ever had.”
Another commented: “What an absolutely horrendous excuse for a human being and adult.”
“Truly ugly person, as well as pathetic” a third penned.
A fourth wrote: “Gia can’t face the fact her facade is cracking and everyone is seeing what she is really like. And people are no longer afraid to call her out. Boring. I’m so sick of Gia and Bec.”
And it looks like things are still ramping up this week, as the preview for tomorrow night’s ep (April 22) showed Gia decide she wanted to leave the show – again.
