MAFS USA's Derrek urged by male friends to 'let the hands roam' on new wife Meghann in shock scenes due to air tonight despite Panorama 'rape' claims
The UK version of MAFS is currently under investigationMAFS USA will air tonight as planned despite scenes of one groom being urged to “let the hands roam” on his bride.
The episode will see the wedding of Meghann Turner and Derrek Wiedeman, as the American version of the show continues.
Ahead of his Big Day, Derrek is told by his male friend to touch his new wife – who is a complete stranger – when they kiss at the altar.

He’s also grilled about whether he will have sex with her on their wedding night.
The scenes, if they are to remain in the UK edit, come after MAFS UK was hit with allegations of ‘rape’ and ‘sexual misconduct’.
UK Security Minister, Dan Jarvis, has said he is “deeply concerned” by the claims raised in BBC’s Panorama: The Dark Side of Married At First Sight last night.
Both MAFS UK and MAFS USA air on Channel 4’s E4.

Derrek is seen getting ready for his wedding with his father and his male friends. The e-commerce business owner tells them he is hoping to have his first kiss with his mystery bride at the altar.
He’s then asked by one of the guys: “What kind of kiss are you shooting for? You need to get as much information as fast as possible. Let the hands roam a little bit!”
The man gestures running both hands down a curvaceous body, as they all roar with laughter.
Derrek is also asked about whether he hopes to get between the sheets that night with his new wife.
“What’s the over-under on having sex tonight?” one of the men asked.
Derrek laughs as he replies: “I’m definitely not going to rule it out. But I would say that’s up to her!”

MAFS UK hit with ‘rape’ allegations
Last night, MAFS UK was at the centre of a Panorama investigation on BBC One. The documentary featured three women who previously appeared on the reality show.
Shona Manderson alleged that her 2023 groom – Bradley ‘ Brad’ Skelly – had ‘sexually violated’ her. She claims he “crossed a boundary’ in bed together, which he strongly denies.
Two other women gave their own accounts, both with their identities hidden. They separately claimed that they had been ‘raped’ by their show husbands.

Priya Dogra, Chief Executive of Channel 4, confirmed that an external investigation into the welfare procedures was instructed in April. Ms Dogra is due to receive the findings in the coming months.
Channel 4 also told Panorama that all the allegations made in the documentary are “wholly uncorroborated and disputed”.
It also insisted that all three women at the centre of the claims gave “repeated assurances they felt safe, happy and wanted to continue in the process”.
The show’s production company, CPL said it “followed their welfare protocols and took concerns seriously”. The company added in a statement: “CPL’s welfare system is gold standard and industry leading.”
It has since been reported that Channel 4 has decided to ‘axe’ the upcoming series of Married At First Sight UK, which is due to air in September.
