The Masked Singer fans 'work out' Monkey Business' identity as famous girl band star
'There's too many clues that link to her!'The Masked Singer returned for another bonkers episode on Saturday (January 10), and viewers believe they’ve worked out the identity of Monkey Business.
During the latest installment of the hit ITV show, Monkey Business took to the stage and showed off their vocals to Cher’s hit Strong Enough.
Following an audience vote, Monkey Business landed in the bottom two alongside Yak and was forced to sing again. For their second performance, they sang Kesha’s TikTok.
Fortunately, Monkey Business was saved by the panel and made it to another week. When it came time to unmask Yak, they were revealed to be Sex Pistols star John Lydon, who guest judge Freddie Flintoff managed to guess.

The Masked Singer: Monkey Business clues
With Monkey Business still in the competition, viewers have been trying their hardest to figure out who they are.
In their first clue package, the character was seen on a private jet and then looking around a city.
A travel sickness bag was then seen placed on a table, as well as a first aid kit with a stethoscope. At one point, the theme to The Apprentice played in the background while they zooming in on a bottle of Belladonna and a pair of roller skates
In their second clue package, a vase with red roses and a framed photo of Lewis Hamilton was also shown.
A white shirt featured several cats and lions and they were seen handing over a red pen.
With the clues pointing viewers and the judges in various directions, many appear stumped about who Monkey Business could be.
On Saturday, the judges guessed a range of celebrities. Maya Jama went with Emily Atack, while guest Freddie said Hannah Waddingham.
Jonathan Ross guessed Sheridan Smith and Davina McCall said Nicole Scherzinger. Meanwhile, Mo Gilligan assumed it might be Olivia Attwood.
Despite a whole bunch of names thrown into the mix, viewers are confident it is someone completely different…

Louise Redknapp for Monkey Business?
Even though the judges haven’t named her, singer and TV star Louise Redknapp is a popular guess with fans at home.
The 2 Faced hitmaker rose to fame as one-fourth of Eternal and has since embarked on a solo career. Louise is also no stranger to the stage and performing in the West End. She also participated in Celebrity Apprentice in 2008.
“Louise Redknapp!! References to 9 to 5 when she was in it playing Violet, sounds like her too!!” one user wrote on Instagram.
“I think @louiseredknapp. 8 cats on shirt, she was on 8 out of 10 Cats and the 3 lions could be for Jamie. Lots of RED things. She was in 9 to 5 the musical and born in Lewisham (Lewis Hamilton pic),” another person shared.
“There’s too many clues that link to her to not be Louise Redknapp!! The clock landed on 9 to 5 at the end of the song!!” a third remarked.
“I’m going along with the idea that Monkey Business is Louise Redknapp. She has fashion businesses, and I like the idea that the Lewis Hamilton picture was a clue to being born in Lewisham,” a fourth person said.
As the competition continues, viewers will have to wait a little longer to see if Louise is Monkey Business.
