Olivia Attwood's The Price of Perfection returns to ITV2 as Katie Price reveals just how much she's spent on cosmetic surgery

The admission came during Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection as Olivia explored the link between cosmetic procedures and celebrity. She asked Katie about the mix of treatments she had paid for and work offered to her for free.
Katie also said she now keeps planned procedures from her family because they have long tried to talk her out of them. That tension has surfaced in family TV scenes, with Katie’s son Junior Andre reacting to the results of one of his mum’s breast augmentations.

When asked how much she had paid herself over the years, Katie replied: “I’ve probably paid £40,000 in all for surgery.”
A surprised Olivia immediately asked: “In total? Is that it?”
Katie said she had lost count of the number of breast enhancement procedures she had undergone. She also told Olivia that she was 18 when she first went under the knife.
However, she now believes other people should wait longer before making the same choice. Katie said: “I don’t think anyone should have anything done until they’re 21.”
She also recalled an earlier experience of liposuction, saying the bruising left her legs “navy blue” and that the procedure had been extremely painful. Olivia suggested the methods used at the time would have been brutal.
Katie says she listens to surgeons now
Discussing her family’s response, Katie explained that she had heard the same objections for decades but remained determined to make her own decisions.
She said: “Everyone, everyone for 30 years it’s, ‘Katie you don’t need this, you don’t need that’. But if I want to do it, I’m doing it, that’s just the way it is.”
Katie did acknowledge that her approach has changed in one important respect. She now pays more attention to professional advice rather than insisting on every result she initially wants.
She explained: “I do listen to surgeons now. If every surgeon had done what I wanted, I would look more like a freak of nature. I don’t want to look freaky.”
Katie reflects on reasons behind procedures
The conversation later turned to why Katie has continued having surgery. She suggested there could be a connection to men in her life and agreed with Olivia when the presenter raised past bad relationships and seeking validation.
