Stacey Solomon’s Sort Your Life Out is back
Sort Your Life Out first hit screens in 2021 and was an instant success. Viewers warmed to Stacey’s kindhearted nature and were impressed with her own DIY skills.
The other stars of the show have become equally as popular too. They are Dilly Carter, Rob Bent and Iwan Carrington. Stacey’s husband, Joe Swash, also pops up on occasion.
With Stacey at the helm, the team work together to makeover the homes of families whose clutter and hoardings have got out of control.

The homeowners’ possessions are taken to a huge warehouse and laid on the floor. They then have to work out what to chuck, recycle, donate to charity or take back to their newly made-over house.
Sort Your Life Out has won several awards. It scooped both a Royal Television Society Award and a National Television Award in 2024.
The new series will be its sixth run on the BBC. And to mark the occasion, Stacey stars in an amusing new first look video.

Sort Your Life Out first look
The promo is a clip taken from the new episodes. Stacey is sat on the floor in a bedroom frantically chomping on a sandwich.
“I just need a sandwich,” she sighs to the camera. “You know when you just sit down and need a sandwich?”
Dilly then bowls in, telling Stacey: “We haven’t got time!” With her mouth full, Stacey insists: “I can’t sacrifice sandwich time. I just need a quiet moment.”
She continues: “It’s been really hectic today and my sugar levels are down here.”
Dilly marches out of the bedroom as Stacey – still with sandwich in her mouth – yells: “Don’t hate me! Get your own sandwich! You’ll feel better! Maybe you need some sugar!”
Commenting after the clip was shared on BBC iPlayer’s Instagram, one fan said: “Can’t wait for you lot to come back!”
Another added: “This made me cry laughing u are soooo funny!” And a third penned: “Absolutely brilliant @staceysolomon, can’t wait for the new series.”
