Bookies reckon Jessie's as good as dead on The Traitors tonight and one Faithful has blood on their hands

Oh Matty, you'll be in our bad books!

The Traitors is back tonight (January 14), and we have bad news for Jessie fans – the Traitors have been tipped to follow Matty’s instructions and murder her next!

On Friday night’s show, Matty and Harriet won a challenge and were able to ask the Traitors two questions. Rather than pose a question, though, Matty propositioned the Traitors. He told them to murder Jessie next and recruit him, and it looks like they’ll follow his advice…

Next Faithful to be murdered ‘revealed’

Latest odds shared by Pundit Arena suggest that Jessie is the hot favourite to be murdered at the start of tonight’s show. She’s 4/5 on for the chop.

Pundit Arena spokesperson Joe Lyons told us: “Jessie sitting at the head of the market isn’t a surprise. From a Traitors’ point of view, she’s been widely viewed as a nailed-on faithful. And those are often the safest players to remove without rocking the boat too much.

“The added wrinkle here is Matthew’s conversation with the Traitors. Floating Jessie’s name and framing it as a show of good faith before a potential seduction gives that outcome even more logic.”

After Harriet’s question to the Traitors was leaked by one of last year’s players, bookies reckon Harriet is another name that stands out for murder. She has odds of 8/1 to go tonight.

Joe told us: “If Rachel has any sense of how strongly Harriet suspects her, removing a crime novelist who’s actively joining the dots would be the cleanest defensive move available.”

The Traitors tonight – Sam to be banished?

It’s also bad news from the bookies for Sam. He’s 5/4 to be ousted at the end of tonight’s episode.

Joe told us: “Sam leading the banishment market reflects something that’s been bubbling for a while. Suspicion around him has come from multiple angles, but Amanda’s views before her banishment stand out in hindsight. Particularly now it’s been revealed she’s a former Metropolitan Police officer.

“That context also keeps Jade firmly in the frame, given how consistently Amanda challenged her at the round table,” he added, with Jade at 4/1 of being banished tonight.

However, could it be bad news for the Traitors? “Rachel is the other name drawing attention,” Joe told us.

“Fiona’s attempt to throw her under the bus may not have worked immediately, but it has planted a seed. And once a fellow Traitor puts your name out there, it’s very difficult to fully put that genie back in the bottle.”

Faithfuls predicted to win The Traitors 2026

It comes as bookies predict a win for the Faithfuls in the 2026 series. They’re currently sitting at 4/7 on favourites to win the prize pot.

Joe concluded: “The balance of this market reflects how much damage the Traitors have already taken. Losing Hugo and Fiona in the first half of the series has stripped away numbers and cover. And the remaining Traitors are operating under noticeably more scrutiny as a result.

“That naturally pushes the Faithfuls into favour at this stage. The caveat is recruitment. If the Traitors are able to bring in a new ally soon, it has the potential to reset the dynamic and swing momentum back in their direction very quickly.”

Looks like it’ll be all up to Matty to turn things around for dastardly duo Stephen and Rachel, then…
