From Harriet and Rachel to Jessie and James: All the hilarious memes from last night's explosive Traitors episode

The Traitors last night (January 14) was the most explosive episode of the series so far, mainly thanks to Harriet — and boy, did viewers react!

After winning the challenge last week, the show picked up from Faithfuls Harriet and Matthew having the opportunity to ask the Traitors — Rachel and Stephen — some questions behind a confessional.

In a bombshell move, Harriet revealed to the Traitors that she knew Rachel was on the other side, declaring: “I bet you wish you killed me when you had the chance!”

Traitors contestant Harriet reveals her real profession

At the breakfast table the following morning, Harriet didn’t hold back. Harriet made a bold move by confronting Rachel, accusing her openly and insisting she had worked her out as a Traitor.

Rather than subtly influencing the group, Harriet went all-in at breakfast and then at the roundtable, even revealing her profession — a crime writer and former barrister — in an attempt to give her accusations weight.

Her aggressive strategy backfired spectacularly: the other Faithfuls voted her out, thinking Harriet was a traitor — and only after she was banished did she reveal she was actually loyal.

Elsewhere in the episode, the group took part in a mission where players could win immunity shields. In a twist, seven shields ended up being claimed, significantly reducing the prize pot and creating uncertainty about who is protected from the Traitors’ next murder attempt.

Faithful James secretly took a shield without warning his teammates, which annoyed others and added extra tension.

With so much chaos in one episode, here are the best reactions online:

1. Jessie was all of us

2. We weren’t the only one thinking it

3. Harriet did exactly that!

4. Who is guilty?

5. Harriet isn’t one to cross

6. Those Wendy Williams reactions always find their way back

7. Uncanny
