The Traitor stunned her fellow players in the BBC show when she admitted this week that she’d had “FBI training”.
Rachel, 42, told everyone she had learned how to examine people’s ‘micro-expressions’ during a Round Table showdown.
Viewers were skeptical that she’d trained with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the US.
And hold onto your hats, as it appears Rachel may have indeed been taking us ALL for a ride.
In a new Instagram post, the mum-of-three has revealed what the ‘FBI’ in her training really means.

Rachel has filmed a video of herself sitting at her kitchen table in a smart green tank top and white blouse.
Clutching a cup of coffee, she leans in and mouths along to a voiceover of Liam Neeson in the 2008 movie, Taken.
The actor starred in the film as an ex-CIA officer and warned: “But what I do have are a particular set of skills. Skills that I have acquired over a very long career.”
Alongside the video, she posted a siren emoji and wrote: “FBI – Fully Bull[bleep]ing It.”
Rachel added: “Well that’s what you lot think anyway.”

Commenting, one of Rachel’s followers quipped: “This is sensational and the FBI comment was glorious too, proper blagging!”
Another added: “MOTHERED THAT!!!!!!”
And a third posted four ‘crying with laughter’ emojis and wrote: “Brilliant….you are so good ..keep it up!”
Rachel has also gone one step further with an apparent explanation to her FBI training over on her Instagram Stories.
She has shared a meme of Ant and Dec playing I’m A Celebrity…Get Out Of My Ear on Saturday Night Takeaway. In the game, the presenters would tell a celebrity to lie over an earpiece.
The caption reads: “Rachel at the Round Table: ‘Now tell them you’ve been trained in micro-expression by the FBI’.”
Rachel has also posted a gif of a satellite truck parked outside the Simpsons’ house in the icon cartoon. The side of the truck reads: “Flowers By Irene.” The person who shared it added: “Rachel doing her FBI training.”

Rachel’s next move
Rachel has somehow managed to avoid banishment despite being front and centre of two epic blowouts.
First Fiona Hughes told the entire group she is a Traitor, but it backfired and she was banished. Harriet Tyce tried the same tactic days later, but suffered the same fate.
Last night, Rachel and her fellow Traitor, Stephen Libby, were seen plotting who to kill next. They will be choosing between Jessie Stride, Matty Hyndman or Faraaz Noor.
The pair are adamant they do not want to seduce anyone into their fold, so it appears the killing spree will not be stopping any time soon!
