Two Weeks in August on BBC One: Ensemble cast of White Lotus-esque drama include real life husband and wife
Two Weeks in August transports us to Greece...
Two Weeks in August follows a group of university friends who go on a Mediterranean break, but the “idyllic trip” soon turns into a nightmare – and, if the plot doesn’t tempt you, the ensemble cast will.
The BBC One eight-parter, which has been compared to The White Lotus, stars famous faces from top dramas such as Line of Duty, Bergerac, Baby Reindeer, and Fleabag.
The series transports us to sunnier climes, where Zoe and her family go on holiday to a remote Greek island to reconnect with a group of old friends. Relentlessly optimistic, she dreams of “rediscovering joy in her life”.
But her husband Dan’s depression and dark secret threatens to ruin everything… And, on the first night, a hedonistic party sets off a chain of events that will change them all forever… But are bigger forces at play?
So who plays who in the cast of Two Weeks in August on BBC One? Here’s everything you need to know.
