In news that no one is ready to hear, the date for this year’s Celebrity Traitors final has been confirmed.
And prepare yourself, as it’s going to be a bumper one.
Celebrity Traitors 2026 to end with bumper final
This year’s Celebrity Traitors final is going to be an extended one. Movie-length in fact!
The BBC has confirmed the finale episode will run for 80 minutes, which is the longest final show in The Traitors UK history.
Viewers will also be treated to an extra-long instalment of The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked. Ed Gamble will be bringing us all back down to earth after the high of the Endgame with the popular spin-off.
Expect appearances from Claudia Winkleman and this year’s finalists – including the winner!
When is the Celebrity Traitors 2026 final?
Series 2 of The Celebrity Traitors will continue to air on Thursdays and Fridays right up until the last instalment. So cancel your Friday night plans, because this is the day the final will land.
You can join Claudia and the last few standing contestants for the Endgame episode on Friday October 30, 2026. The finale show will begin at 8pm on BBC One.
Who is tipped to win The Celebrity Traitors 2026?
It’s still relatively early days in this year’s series. But there are already some frontrunner names being banded around.
Original Traitor Maya Jama has so far managed to keep her nose clean. Having already seen off her fellow OG Richard E. Grant, she’s now in the turret with James Acaster and Hannah Fry.
Hannah’s days already seem numbered, with fans predicting she will be banished shortly. Reports claim James does progress further into the competition, but that it finds the stress of lying quite tricky.
Maya, therefore, is currently the main name being tipped for the win on Team Traitors.
Meanwhile, several Faithfuls have seen their names thrown into the mix, too. Miranda Hart has seriously impressed viewers with her Miss Marple investigative skills.
Sharon Rooney is also one to watch. The Scottish actress has barely appeared on screen since The Celebrity Traitors series 2 began, which fans believe is a sign she could go far.
Theory has it, the Faithfuls with the most screen time at the start get murdered or banished early.
This is not an exact science, but one fan said of Sharon: “She’s exactly the kind of person who often makes it far: unassuming, likeable, funny but not overbearing. People will probably underestimate her. I can totally see her winning the whole thing.”
