Each chef prepares a starter and fish course celebrating iconic food from children's literature, including a dish layering textures of carrot and goats cheese inspired by Beatrix Potter, and a hazelnut dish celebrating author Julia Donaldson's acclaimed picture book, The Gruffalo.
