It’s been a harrowing journey for Todd, as he has spent the last lot of months isolated from his friends and family, terrified to leave the house. But tonight, thankfully, it all changed. After a horrific beating from Theo, Todd managed to get the courage to go to the police. Theo was immediately arrested and brought in for questioning, but with him being one of the five potential murder victims, our hopes of never seeing him again are slim. But that doesn’t mean Todd’s loved ones won’t do whatever it takes to help him get the evidence he needs to send Theo down once and for all. A special episode took place tonight (Credit: ITV) What happened between Todd and Theo tonight in Coronation Street? Todd was finally ready to tell the whole truth about what’s been going on. But when Kit and Lisa tried to work out if there was ever any concrete evidence they could use to get Theo, Todd explained that he lied to the nurse when he ended up in A&E. Back on the street, Todd’s friends are all absolutely appalled, discovering the true extent of things behind closed doors. He waited until the coast was clear and started packing his van up with boxes. But unfortunately for him, Gary caught him. While Sarah was terrified of what Gary was going to do, he actually just brought Theo straight to the police station, not letting him do a runner. At the station, Theo obviously played the victim, pretending that Todd is the violent one in the relationship. But it was clear that Lisa did not believe him one bit. However, there was one spark of hope, when Todd revealed the home footage which would have recorded the whole thing. But he doesn’t seem to optimistic, as Theo had probably gotten rid of it by that point. It’s this footage that Sarah decides to try to track down later in the week. Sarah decides to look for evidence (Credit: ITV) Sarah tries to find evidence against Theo Nobody wants to see Theo get away with what he had done to Todd. And so, his friends all start wondering how on earth they could help prove his case. That’s when the video footage comes up again, and Sarah believes that Theo will have another device that he didn’t hand to the police. And so, she sets off to look for it. Sarah ultimately ends up at the back of his van, rummaging through his bags. She finds the tablet and reaches for it, but could she be putting herself in danger by this risky move? And could it actually make everything worse for Todd’s case? While Todd is also in for a struggle over the rest of the week. Coronation Street spoilers confirm he is released from hospital, and goes with George to collect his things from the flat. But just the mere sound of a buzz at the door sends him into panic.
