Her Paris trip was put on hold as she continued to deny having any sort of inappropriate relationship with Will. Despite this new development though, spoilers have confirmed that there’s a huge setback that takes place before Megan’s comeuppance is served. Megan was charged by the police (Credit: ITV) Megan charged by police in Coronation Street Megan was busy getting ready for her planned trip to Paris, intending to use the £2k she had received from Will, when her preparations were suddenly interrupted as she was taken in for questioning by police. DS Connor-Swain once again pressed her on whether she had ever had a sexual relationship with Will. But, Megan firmly denied the allegation. Frustrated at the disruption, she insisted she had already explained herself. She had always behaved professionally with her pupils, angered that the investigation was now causing her to miss her flight. He claimed he had been in a relationship with Megan, that they had slept together, and also told officers about the £2k taken from the Rovers’ safe that he had given her, along with details of their supposed joint trip to Paris. Shocked and devastated, Megan broke down in the interview room. She insisted she had no knowledge of any money. And, that she had only ever booked a solo trip to get away from everything. Meanwhile, back at home, Will told Ben he regretted reporting Megan. He still believed he loved her and that they could have had a future together.
