Meet the Coronation Street Insider team

Tamzin Meyer, Editor

Tamzin began writing for Entertainment Daily in 2022, writing about all things Emmerdale, Corrie and EastEnders. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the happenings in Weatherfield, Walford and the Dales.

She edits Coronation Street Insider while drinking coffee out of her favourite Ken Barlow themed mug.

Kaggie Hyland, Editor-in-Chief

Kaggie has been a TV journalist for over 20 years and has been writing about soaps throughout her career. 

She’s watched Coronation Street since childhood, growing up with Steve McDonald and Tracy Barlow (playing her tapes upstairs – IYKYK!).

Carena Crawford, Managing Editor

Carena has been in the soap game for almost 20 years, working on magazines including All About Soap, Inside Soap and Reveal. 

She oversees the soap coverage across the Entertainment Daily Group, of which Coronation Street Insider is a part. She edits sister site Emmerdale Insider.

Kerry Barrett, Columnist & Freelance Writer

Kerry has been a journalist for over two decades, spending 10 years at All About Soap as Features Editor.

She writes across all three soap Insider sites, as well as Entertainment Daily and TVGuide.co.uk, all part of the Entertainment Daily Group.

Laura Morgan, Freelance Writer

Laura has been writing about soaps for 15 years on titles including Inside Soap, Digital Spy and WhattoWatch.

As well as Coronation Street Insider, Laura also writes across EastEnders Insider and Emmerdale Insider.

Jade Brown, Freelance Writer

Jade has worked at Reveal, Cosmopolitan and New magazine as a writer and sub editor. Other credits include Digital Spy and soaps have always been her speciality.

She also works on Coronation Street Insider’s sister site Emmerdale Insider.

Danni is a freelance writer who joined Entertainment Daily and sister site Emmerdale Insider in 2024. She has worked for numerous digital and print publications, covering everything from showbiz and TV to lifestyle and fashion.
