He explained to Nina that he was working to help prisoners feel less lonely as he knew how difficult it was to be inside. But, do viewers actually know who these prisoners are? Fans have shared some interesting theories. Griff gave Roy a hard time in prison (Credit: ITV) 1. Griff One theory is that Roy was writing to his former fellow prison, Griff Reynolds. Griff almost killed Roy in his cell in a revenge plot during the time in which Roy was wrongly accused of murdering Lauren Bolton. But, is Roy now back in communication with Griff despite everything that went on? Logan With Roy looking out for Carla and being suspicious of Becky Swain, it’s been suggested that Roy has been contacting Logan Radcliffe. Carla visited Logan before Becky’s return, and it was clear that he knew crucial information involving Becky’s case. With Becky wanting to win Lisa back from Carla, is Roy trying to make sure this doesn’t happen by asking Logan for more information on Becky?
