Becky went into a huge panic when Betsy posted a video of her onto her socials for the world to see (a slight exaggeration as apparently only her two friends had viewed it). While Betsy was quick to take the post down, she wasn’t quick enough… Betsy posted the video with Becky in the background (Credit: ITV) Becky made a big boo boo Betsy was putting her fashion college skills into good use last night, showing off some of her designs to Lisa inspired by none other than Roy Cropper. Betsy must’ve seen something in his aprons and jumpers that we hadn’t because she’d managed to rework some of his outfits into catwalk-worthy looks. Lisa and Becky both enjoyed modelling them, with Betsy loving her mums striking a pose. So much so that she posted a video of them all over her socials. As teens do. Don’t worry Becky, Betsy isn’t quite of influencer status just yet. Despite Betsy reassuring Becky that only a couple of friends had watched the video and wouldn’t recognise her as being her ‘dead’ mum, she took the video down. But, not before DI Costello saw it. Oops. Sorry about that. Costello saw the video before it was taken down (Credit: ITV) Coronation Street fans baffled by DI Costello and Betsy ‘bestie’ status Betsy mentioned that only her friends could view her posts yet there was DI Costello watching the clip as if it was the most interesting thing on screen. Now, how on earth did Costello manage to watch the video if he isn’t one of Betsy’s friends? Well, fans are all rather baffled about the scenes. And, rightly so. “I’m sorry? Does Costello follow Betsy’s socials?,” one confused fan wrote. Another fan also wondered: “Why on earth has Betsy got him on her socials?! Convenient that he checked the post out in that hour it was up?” A third person responded: “It wouldn’t surprise me if Costello made a fake account of someone young to get access to Betsy’s socials!” A fourth added: “How does Costello have Betsy on social media and how did he view that video? I think there’s gotta be a twist that he might be using Becky’s or someone else’s social media account, but whose is it?” Will we get more answers soon?
