Coronation Street's ITVX release airs fresh clues about the upcoming murder, and it’s not looking good for Theo

Coronation Street viewers have been left in tears following the incredible special episode for Todd’s abuse storyline. But there may have been a few suggestions that Theo could be the one to die this month.
For months, fans have been heartbroken watching Theo abuse Todd behind closed doors. But tonight, it all finally came out, as Todd reported him to the police, and revealed everything. With so many people supporting him, it’s natural they all want Theo to suffer. But could a few comments actually be foreshadowing the end of Theo?
Summer and George want Theo dead
Throughout the episode, Todd was at the police station, telling Lisa and Kit every harrowing detail, leaving them horrified. But while he was in there, his family and friends were on the outside, wanting to ensure that Theo is sent down – or worse.
Naturally angry over the whole situation, George clearly wants rid of Theo. But during a conversation with Glenda and Christina, he even goes as far as saying he’s prepared to kill him.
He said: “If I see Theo, I want to be able to get in my hearse, run him down, and then shovel him up into the back of it.” And one thing was clear – he wasn’t messing around.
But George isn’t the only one who threatened to take that specific action against Theo. When Summer heard the extent of Todd’s injuries, it was clear she would also be willing to end his life.
In the hospital, Sarah told them that Todd had internal bleeding and had to be kept overnight.
Summer was horrified. She exclaimed: “I hate him. How could he do this to Todd? I’ll kill him. I swear I will.”
Is Theo the upcoming Coronation Street murder?
Despite all of the comments from tonight’s episode, we don’t actually know if Theo is even the Coronation Street murder.
It has been teased for a while that one person will be murdered this month. But the culprit and the victim are both unknown. Coronation Street has revealed the five potential victims – Theo, Maggie, Carl, Jodie and Megan.
Who actually dies – and because of who –remains to be seen. So, at the moment, fans are looking extra carefully to the comments any character is making.
While we have to just wait and see who the ultimate victim is, fans have already been theorising that Summer could indeed actually be capable of murder.
Whatever happens next, Todd is definitely going to need his family around him.
