With the surgery going well, Shona and David decided to name their baby after the surgeon who saved their baby’s life – Harper. At the end of the episode, mysterious woman Jodie then watched little Harper through the hospital window. And, she then revealed that she was her auntie! Little Harper entered the world (Credit: ITV) Shona gave birth to baby Harper Shona was worried when she found out that Dr Li wouldn’t be carrying out her surgery due to being stuck abroad. Instead, Dr Harper would be attempting to deliver her baby instead. He had a difficult task at hand, not the kind of birthday he was perhaps hoping for. Article Continues Below Read all the latest Spoilers With the surgery proving to be tricky, Dr Harper had to perform a tracheostomy so that the baby could breathe as they were unable to fit the original tube in. Once the baby girl was strong enough, the surgeons would then go back in at a later date to hopefully remove the mass on her neck. Finding out their baby had the same birthday as Dr Harper, the Platt couple then decided to name their daughter after him. Welcome to the world, baby Harper! Jodie’s a ‘proud auntie’ (Credit: ITV) Jodie reveals her identity as Shona’s secret sister in Coronation Street Also at the hospital was mysterious woman Jodie who first appeared in Corriedale earlier this week. She’d been tied up in the back of a van by Emmerdale’s Graham Foster, managing to flee and escape through the woods. Landing at the hospital, Jodie took a keen interest in watching Shona. And, her matching tree tattoo didn’t go amiss either with us. While Shona was having her surgery, Jodie could be seen unpacking a baby with a cuddly rabbit in it before sniffing Shona’s coat… Okay then… She then was caught staring through the hospital window at baby Harper in the ICU by a member of staff. He’d confused Jodie for the baby’s mum. But, instead, she explained the was a ‘proud auntie.’ Yes, that’s right, Jodie is Shona’s secret sister! But, does Shona recognise her? Will the siblings reunite? Or, will Jodie keeping watching her from a distance?
