The baby scan takes a turn (Credit: ITV) 1. David almost misses the scan Tempers flare on the cobbles as Kit corners David in the precinct, furious over his constant jibes about Sarah’s relationship. David refuses to back down and shoves past him, sparking an explosive showdown that ends with Kit slapping the cuffs on him for assaulting a police officer. The baby scan takes a worrying turn When David doesn’t show up for Shona’s scan, she’s furious and asks Sarah to take her instead. Desperate not to miss the appointment, David begs Kit to release him, explaining he can’t bear to let Shona down. Moved, Kit eventually relents and drives him to the hospital himself. The couple are soon gazing at their baby on the screen — but the moment turns worrying when the sonographer spots a mass on the baby’s neck. Fiz loses control (Credit: ITV) 3. Fiz reaches her limit At home, Ruby and Hope Dobbs are at each other’s throats while Tyrone struggles to calm things down. Completely overwhelmed, Fiz snaps that she’s tired of doing everything on her own. Later, at the factory, she finally breaks down — violently striking her sewing machine as Izzy, Kirk, and Michael look on helplessly. Lisa questions Becky’s integrity (Credit: ITV) 4. Carla sees through Becky’s act Lisa confronts Becky directly, asking if she really was being spied on at her flat. Offended, Becky insists she was telling the truth. Carla, however, isn’t convinced and urges Lisa to open her eyes, pointing out that if Becky were genuinely in danger, she’d never put her daughter at risk by hiding out in Betsy’s home.
