As a vicious confrontation took place between Cindy and Jasmine, another was occurring across the Square. Armed with the knowledge that the earring belonged to Jean, Kat quizzed her over the barrel store vandalisation.

Meanwhile, Lauren felt conflicted as she read up on an experimental treatment for Jimmy. And, as Vicki and Ross reflected on their second anniversary, she lashed out at her ex again.

Kat confronted Jean

Following the events of last week, Alfie apologised again for not believing Zoe about her tormentor. He and Kat hadn’t yet broken the news that the earring belonged to Jean; wanting to confront her over the stalking themselves first.

With Zoe upstairs, Kat confronted Jean over the earring. Jean denied having anything to do with the barrel store vandalisation, launching into another rant against Zoe.

Fresh hope for Jimmy

Lauren and Peter had been bombarded with e-mails from a medical company claiming that they could ‘cure’ blindness with an experimental treatment. Ian dismissed it as a scam, but Lauren wasn’t so sure.

Vicki blew off some steam

An upset Vicki received back the clothes she’d been wearing on the night Joel had attacked her. It was also her second anniversary, and she was reflecting on her relationship with Ross.

Meanwhile, in The Vic, a downbeat Ross confided his woes in Alfie.

At Harry’s Barn, Vicki apologised to Chelsea for her behaviour last week. As they settled their differences, Chelsea warned her not to tar all men with the same brush (hashtag, not all men), revealing how she’d been similarly affected by her relationship with serial killer Gray Atkins.

Finally letting loose, she started to throw some shapes on the dancefloor, only for Ross to try and join her. “Why do you have to ruin everything?” she snapped, cruelly brushing him off once again.
