As Jasmine learns her fate tomorrow, Kat makes a shocking declaration that changes everything
Kat's got something big to say after Jasmine's sentencing...
Today’s EastEnders saw more Jasmine drama as her trial descended into chaos when she changed her plea to guilty.
The drama came after Ritchie told her that so far the court case hadn’t gone in her favour, and unless she could convince the jury that she acted in self-defence when she took the stand, she would be facing 25 years in prison.

Kat tried to make things right
When Zoe got the call to say Jasmine had changed her plea, she lashed out at Kat. She blamed her for ruining the trial while giving evidence earlier that day, and Kat was left wondering if she had lost Zoe forever.
Despite Sandra’s words of warning that Jasmine was dangerous, Kat started to doubt if she had been too hasty to tell the court that she didn’t trust Jasmine.
Needing to put things right, Kat went to see Jasmine in jail. While there, she pleaded with her granddaughter to do the right thing and plead not guilty. She told her what Sandra had said about her role in Keith’s death, and finally, Jasmine was able to give her side of the story.
She told Kat that she was just 8 years old and was devastated that her dad had died in the accident. She denied causing the car crash that killed him, and at last, Kat seemed to believe her.

Jasmine took the stand in EastEnders
Determined to give herself a chance to avoid jail, Jasmine took the stand, and at first, things went well.
As the defence questioned her, she was able to talk about her troubled past. She also relived what happened the night Anthony died. She told the court that she was terrified Anthony would kill Zoe, and so she lashed out to stop him, but didn’t mean to kill him.
As the prosecution grilled her, it looked like Jamsine might falter. But she stood firm, and her time in the stand went well.
However, as everyone got back to the Vic to wait for the jury’s decision, they didn’t have to wait long.
Zoe was shocked to get a call to say a decision had been made, and was terrified that the quick turnaround meant bad news for Jasmine.
As everyone piled back into the courtroom, the nerves were clear for everyone to see. However, we will have to wait until tomorrow to discover Jasmine’s fate as the episode ended before the jury could announce their verdict.

The drama continues for Jasmine in EastEnders tomorrow
Tomorrow’s episode will pick up right where today’s left off, and we will finally learn Jasmine’s fate.
Is she going to jail for 25 years? Or will she be found not guilty and be allowed to go home to Walford?
As everyone gathers back in The Vic after the verdict is announced, Kat makes a huge declaration. She hopes to put things right with Zoe after a difficult week. But what does Kat have to say?

And it is now off air for the foreseeable.
But Graeme has broken his silence as fans questioned what had happened in their droves.
Only seven episodes of Dogs' Behaving (Very) Badly have aired so far this year, so they are desperate to know where the remaining shows from series 8 are.
Dogs' Behaving (Very) Badly's Graeme Hall breaks silence
Graeme took the unusual step of jumping onto Facebook on Wednesday evening to address his followers. The star, aka The Dogfather, usually has no involvement with his social media.
He previously admitted he has hired someone to look after his accounts so he doesn't have to deal with unwanted and hurtful comments from trolls.
But amid the furore about where his C5 show had gone, Graeme clearly felt the need to speak out.
The Yorkshire-born dog trainer filmed a quick video as he was walking down the street in London. He told fans that he wanted to set the record straight.
With blue skies above him, Graeme said: "Now then, it's that dog fella off the telly here. I'm not in my usual habitat, you'll have noticed. I'm in London town for a change.
"So you might have noticed that we've got a bit of a gap in the current series of Dogs' Behaving (Very) Badly. So what we've decided to do is give it a bit of a pause and then there's more episodes coming back in the summer.
"There's loads still to see. I think there's nine episodes. Something like that - England, Wales. We've already been to Scotland, haven't we? Northern Ireland. That's a first, so that's something to look forward to.
"All sorts of different dogs, all sorts of different problems. Loads!"
Graeme then added: "Rumour has it, there might be another series of Australia in the offering as well for everybody to see.
"Loads to look forward to, so see you soon!"

Fans react to Graeme's announcement
Graeme's army of avid viewers are thrilled to see him explaining what has happened to Dogs' Behaving (Very) Badly.
Writing in the comments, one said: "Wondered where you were!" Another added: "I have literally just been hunting for the programmes.
And a third penned: "So glad we'll be seeing more of you!"
But someone else wrote: "Noooo we don’t want a break! Enjoy London!!"
We're glad that one's been cleared up. Thanks, Graeme!
