Emmerdale spoilers for next week reveal Steph is not stopping until she has discovered the truth about her grandad’s disappearance. Is it finally time she learned everything?

Steph wants the truth in Emmerdale spoilers
1. Steph’s supicions rise
When Steph gets a call from a friend of Anthony’s who was expecting him to visit and he hasn’t turned up, she is really concerned. She’s also aware her mother is behaving in a fraught manner and knows something is going on.
2. Steph looks for clues as Caleb turns to Ross
Caleb catches Steph going through his office for clues over Anthony’s whereabouts. She is convinced her parents are hiding something. Worried Caleb asks Ross to stop Steph digging into where Anthony could be.
3. Steph makes a shocking discovery
When she finds the gun in Caleb’s things, Steph is devastated, certain it was involved. Caleb tries to assure her the weapon was because he was going to kill Cain. But when Steph confronts Cain, will he back up his brother’s story?
4. The truth is revealed?
As Caleb tries to comfort Ruby, who is terrified, Ross informs him Steph is going to report them to the police. Caleb knows he has to act, but will he finally tell Steph the whole truth? And how will she react?
Marlon makes a huge mistake in Emmerdale spoilers
5. Dylan accused
Ross tells April she needs professional help to get Dylan off spice, but will she listen? Ketamine goes missing from the vets and Rhona instantly suspects Dylan. He denies it, but the ketamine is found in his coat pocket. April is utterly crushed by Dylan’s betrayal.
6. Marlon confesses in Emmerdale spoilers
It’s not long before Marlon comes clean: he took the drugs. And he framed Dylan. Rhona is shocked, but will she tell April?
7. Dylan overdoses
It is soon revealed that Dylan has overdosed. He is critical in hospital and Marlon is devastated. He wants to come clean to April, but Rhona advises against it. However, Marlon does confess to Dylan and begs him not to tell April. He apologises for his actions and offers to pay for Dylan to go to rehab.
8. Will Dylan tell April?
Dylan insists he won’t tell April because it will only upset her further. However, when Marlon arrives to collect him for rehab, Dylan wants to see April first. Marlon is worried as Dylan says he has something to tell her. Will he shatter Marlon and April’s relationship completely by telling her the truth?
Heartbreak for Sarah in Emmerdale spoilers
9. Sarah is not pregnant
Charity takes Sarah to the surgery where Manpreet decides to do another pregnancy test just to check. Sarah is heartbroken as it’s revealed her original positive was false. She is not pregnant. Given her shortened life expectancy, Sarah believes she’s missed out on her only chance of having a family.

10. Rebecca’s funeral is held
April does not attend the funeral for her baby girl. Marlon and Rhona go without her, but agree April must be involved in scattering Rebecca’s ashes. However, April is determined not to have anything to do with it, leaving Marlon and Rhona at a loss.
11. Dawn’s head is still with Joe
Billy is feeling rejected by Dawn and is soon viewing Manpreet’s online dating profile. Meanwhile, Dawn tells Kim her desire for Joe hasn’t gone away and Kim is unsure what to do next.
12. Tracy in trouble in Emmerdale spoilers
With financial struggles mounting on her, Tracy continues to keep it a secret from Vanessa. Pollard summons Tracy to the Woolpack for a chat and Tracy is full of dread. What does he want to say?
13. Manpreet’s blackmailer ups the pressure
On edge Manpreet is struggling over her blackmailing issue. But who is behind it and what do they really want? Ella proposes they go for a picnic to distract Manpreet, but she soon receives another message suggesting the blackmailer is watching her…
14. Mary confesses
Shocked Gail finds Mary sobbing and she then confesses her feelings for Suzy were not just unrequited love. But will Gail tell anyone?
So it looks like Steph Miligan will finally discover her ‘perfect’ grandad Anthony Fox is actually a child abuser in Emmerdale next week. Finally.
She has spent many weeks behaving like a total and utter brat, it’s like she is a teenager, not a 30-something business woman. She is awful to her mum Ruby and surely must realise there’s more to her mum’s behaviour than she knows about.
But still she chooses to ignore her fragile, vulnerable mother and bang on about her poor, missing grandad.
Steph needs to know in Emmerdale
It’s been exhausting watching her constantly bang on about a man we know to be vile and inhumane. And yes, it’s been Ruby’s decision to keep the truth from her daughter to protect her from the horror that will surely unfold when she realises her grandad is also her dad. But still, this was a secret that could never be kept for long.
As the murder club continually try to cover up the truth – and continually fight amongst themselves, they have done a very bad job of throwing Steph off the scent. And finally she will find the gun and confront her parents.
With her determined to go to the police, it looks like they will have little choice but to tell her next week. And it’s about time.
Shattered family
Georgia Jay has previously spoken about what will happen when Steph finds out. Speaking to The Mirror, Georgia said: “She feels betrayed, ashamed, angry and, at the same time, just in total despair for herself and her mother. She’s carrying the weight of her mother’s pain and trauma. It’s going to be a really rocky road for Steph in terms of this whole identity being shattered.”
But traumatic or not, the time is now to reveal the truth so the family can heal. The Fox-Miligans are fast becoming one of the best families in the Dales and it’s time to cement their status – and turn Steph into the type of character everyone can warm to – much like Ruby has become.
