With Moira inside, Cain is struggling to cope with running the farm, fighting off the Tates, looking after the family and his own cancer diagnosis. He is finding the guilt of the lies overwhelming, especially as Moira is so grateful to him for keeping it all going. After Cain does something really stupid, Joe has him over a barrel with the threat of prison. There are bills to pay, no money to pay them and, frankly, no way out. Sarah once again tells Cain he has to tell Moira; the secret and lies, they’re over. It takes a difficult and painful urination and the sight of blood in the toilet to make Cain see sense. Liam sees how shaken he is and pushes him to tell the truth about his health. Visiting Moira in prison, Cain steels himself to confess his cancer is bad. Moira is blindsided, but insists he has to be honest with the boys and the family. He has to accept help. However there is worse news to come when he tells her about the farm and Joe Tate. Moira is pained, but assures him his health is number one priority right now. Will Moira finally give up the farm? Joe is feeling unappreciated by Kim over all his hard work to get Butlers under the Tate empire. So he’s not going to be happy when she takes the reins and goes to see Moira. As she arrives at the prison for her showdown with the Dingle matriarch, will things go as she expects? Who will come out on top? He starts the process and telling the family and breaks the news to the boys in a very tough conversation.
