Graham’s Foster’s return from the dead has been epic, but the thing we’ve all been waiting for is him facing Kim Tate in Emmerdale.

Tonight (Tuesday January 27) he revealed himself to her – and Joe – and the moment was everything we’d hoped for. Overly dramatic, camp and just brilliant.

So where does it go from here?

Graham back in Emmerdale tonight

After his return from the dead in Corriedale earlier this month we’ve been counting down until the moment Kim found out Graham was still alive.

But despite Rhona trying to contact him to find out if he killed Ray, Graham had disappeared again. However tonight he was back and waiting in the vets for her. He assured her he didn’t kill Ray. Viewers of course know it was Bear Wolf – someone else we thought was dead, but turned out not to be.

As Graham was explaining that once Rhona called and told him to leave it, he did, he was interrupted when Joe burst in. He was looking for Rhona for advice on the horse he was eyeing up for Kim.

With Graham hiding in the surgery, flustered Rhona tried to get rid of Joe. So of course that was the perfect time for him to start opening up to her and confided he thought he saw Graham. He then told her how much he really misses Graham.

Graham overheard it all. What are the chances?!

But Graham was put out that Joe is playing happy families with Kim. He tried to pretend it was none of his business, but Rhona questioned why he was really here.

Graham reveals himself to Kim and Joe in Emmerdale

It obviously got Graham to thinking as soon enough we finally saw him face Kim.

At Home Farm, Joe was telling Kim all about the horse he had discovered who was a direct descendant from her beloved Ice. He was left disappointed when Kim wasn’t keen.

“Ice is dead,” Kim said before sharing that the horse is a happy memory now.

The opera music then ramped up volume, Kim said the words: “I don’t believe you can bring the dead back to life.”

They were met with a silky smooth Milk Tray Man response: “That, Kim, is where you are so wrong.” And Graham appeared from the shadows.

Cue opera crescendo and mouths wide open.

Brilliant!

What happens next?

In complete shock, Kim and Joe can’t believe what they are seeing. After all, Kim had him cremated! Only it wasn’t him, was it?

She struggles to take it all in, as does Joe. But which one of them is finding this harder to accept?

The last time Kim saw Graham alive, she was plotting to have him murdered. Are those killer feelings still there? There is a fine line between love and hate after all…

Some fans believe Graham is back to end Kim’s life. But will that really happen?

Either way, fans are just thrilled with the developments. One declared on X: “I KNEW it would end on that cliffhanger, can’t wait for tomorrow.”

Emmerdale really is in a class by itself right now! Fantastic writing, compelling storytelling and the pacing is brilliant and has been for quite some time. So excited for this new era,” shared another.

A third added their hopes: “[Tomorrow] I kind of want a full twenty minutes of Joe and Graham (and Kim I guess).”
