But Charity is going to whatever means necessary to keep her secret. That’s especially because everyone thinks she is carrying Sarah and Jacob’s baby as a surrogate. It’s a complicated mess for Charity and tonight (Thursday January 15) Ross told her he was off to blow the secret wide open. But recent comments form show boss Laura Shaw have confirmed the truth isn’t about to be revealed – yet. Ross told Charity she was a “disgrace” in tonight’s Emmerdale (Credit: ITV) Ross threatens Charity in Emmerdale over the baby Ross has now realised that Charity tricked him with the DNA test results. The baby she is supposedly carrying for Sarah and Jacob is in fact his. But Mackenzie Boyd was informed by Vanessa that the baby might in fact be his. So now he wants a paternity test too. But she’s desperate to make sure that heartbreak isn’t doubled by him finding out about Ross. Ross however won’t contend with all the lies. He has insisted Charity comes clean. So determined not to, Charity offered to pay him for his silence. Disgusted, Ross stormed off informing her he was going to do what is right. It left Charity terrified her secret is about to be public knowledge, ruining not only her marriage, but her relationship with Sarah and Jacob too. One echoed the sentiments of many when they commented: “I need this Charity baby reveal to happen like yesterday. I feel like we are watching the same scenes over and over again. It is exhausting.” But producer Laura Shaw has confirmed it’ll be a while yet before Charity is exposed. “The truth surrounding Charity’s pregnancy is set to blow wide open,” Laura teased. “Mackenzie mistakenly believes he could be the baby’s father, but the secret that Ross is the real father is still under wraps. “With the baby due in spring, the birth may be the event that finally exposes all of Charity’s secrets…” So it looks like we’ll have to wait a few more months.
