Graham is definitely coming back, the Dingles face devastation and the Sugdens look set to lose everything. Meanwhile, Paddy faces a huge crisis when Bear’s true fate is revealed. Here’s everything Laura said about what we can expect in upcoming Emmerdale spoilers. Cain faces a huge battle (Credit: ITV) 1. Devastation for the Dingles as Cain battles cancer and Moira is arrested in Emmerdale spoilers Corriedale viewers saw the doctor inform Cain they had found a mass and he needed tests to determine if it was cancer. Laura has revealed Cain will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. And it comes at a time when things couldn’t be any worse because Moira has been arrested. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers “The Dingle family are set to face huge repercussions and Cain is at the centre of a major prostate cancer storyline spanning across 2026. “Adding to their devastation, Moira will be arrested for human trafficking, with her arrest timed to coincide with her husband’s diagnosis. The truth about John’s death comes out Victoria has confessed to Robert and Aaron she killed John. It was clearly self-defence, but she decided to make it look like suicide and fled. Now the police are asking questions and one Joe Tate has the whole thing on video… “The truth about John’s death will be revealed, as Victoria’s clever deception, making John’s death look like suicide, will unravel,” Laura said. “Evil Joe Tate knows the truth and has damning video evidence which he plans to use to get what he wants from the Sugdens, potentially taking control of Butler’s Farm.
