All the ‘clues’ Ross and Charity will reunite as Steph rejects him

Is a reunion calling?
Tamzin Meyer

Charity and Ross teamed up to track down Joe Tate last night (Thursday, March 27) in Emmerdale, but will they reunite?

The pair share son Moses together and spend time co-parenting him, only recently becoming somewhat civil with each other.

But, is there still chemistry between the pair? Here are all the ‘clues’ a romantic reunion could be on the cards.

1. Ross and Steph over in Emmerdale?

There’s no denying that Ross is absolutely smitten with Steph and Steph ‘really likes him too.’

However, Ross might not be so lucky as Steph’s whole paternity drama is at the forefront of her mind right now.

When Ross tried to kiss her tonight (Friday, March 28), Steph confessed that she needed ‘a lot of time’ to process things, swerving the smooch.

Ross accepted this and promised to be there to support Steph, but it looks like a relationship for the pair is a no go for now. And, this means that Ross’ focus could possible turn towards someone else… But, could this be Charity?

2. Mack flash-forward

Of course, Charity is currently coupled up and married to Mack. But, he’s not been on-screen much recently, and when he is, fans have been quick to point out that he doesn’t treat Charity with the most love and respect…

A flash-forward at the start of the year showed Mack running away from something or someone in the woods. These scenes are yet to air, but could they lead to Mack’s potential death?

This would free Charity to be with Ross, and it’s not as though the pair don’t have history!

3. Ross and Charity car chemistry in Emmerdale

Co-parenting Moses means that Charity and Ross spend a fair bit of time in conversation with each other (whether they want to or not!)

Back in November, Ross kissed Charity but she made it clear that she wasn’t going back there.

However, since then, Ross hasn’t been shy in continuing on with flirty banter with his former fling. He even stopped the car last night to joke that he thought Charity wanted to make a pass at him!

There’s no denying that Ross and Charity make quite the team, bouncing off each other in both comedic and serious moments.

But, could they form a romantic reunion as they spend more time together? We wouldn’t rule it out!
