Moira delivering ‘quality farm produce’ in the boxes has been a source of fan amusement, so viewers are delighted to see the Barton boxes back again. Following the slurry leak, Butler’s Farm has been struggling financially, but Moira is determined to continue with the deliveries. Moira with her boxes.” While a third fan added: “Here’s Moira with her empty boxes.” A fourth fan said: “Queen Moira and her boxes,” with a fifth fan echoing the words as they wrote: “Yay! The return of Moira’s box.” Another fan added a dash of humour and joked: “Moira‘s got a fantastic pair of boxes.” She was arrested for assault (Credit: ITV) Moira’s farm trouble Moira’s boxes are clearly popular, but they might soon be a thing of the past if she has to sell her beloved farm. Following the slurry leak – which was secretly caused by John Sugden – Butler’s Farm has been struggling financially. With the cleanup payments being more than Moira was expecting, she’s struggling to keep her head above water. Recent scenes saw Joe Tate offer to buy the farmland, with Moira turning down the offer. Two intruders then broke into Butler’s, with Moira wrongly suspecting they’d been sent by Joe to intimidate her. She lashed out at Joe – or at least, she tried to, but she ended up hitting Lydia instead. Moira was arrested for assault, but luckily the charge was soon dropped and she was released. However, if Moira thought things couldn’t get any worse, she was wrong. She later received the bad news that the farm’s biggest customer is bailing on them.
