This came as Billy revealed he planned on fighting for custody of the kids – by any means necessary. With Joe still in hospital after being pushed out of the window, Billy told Dawn that he’d be seeking custody of the kids. He went on to say that if she didn’t accommodate, then he’d tell the police that it was her who pushed Joe. However, Joe soon regained consciousness, coming out of his coma. Learning what Billy had planned, he summoned him to the hospital and told him he’d stop at nothing to ensure that Dawn got to keep the children.
