Cain wanted revenge for Nate’s death (Credit: ITV) Cain Dingle returns to Emmerdale – but goes ‘missing’ After discovering the truth about John Sugden killing his son Nate Robinson’s death, Cain went off the rails. He threatened John with a shotgun, but was stopped from shooting him by Caleb Miligan. Caleb then helped John escape abroad to avoid him spilling the beans about Anthony Fox’s death. The whole Anthony murder club agreed Caleb had done the right thing, except Cain who hot-footed it to France to track John down. When he returned he was spiralling out of control. He’d had no luck and was just drinking himself into a stupor. Eventually Liam got through to him and Cain pulled himself together. He then helped Liam recruit local men for a prostate cancer campaign by offering free services at the garage if they went and got checked out by the doc. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers But that was over a month ago – on October 22 to be exact – and Cain hasn’t been seen since. Celia has set Moira up (Credit: ITV) Moira in terrible trouble in Emmerdale It’s particularly concerning given just how much trouble Moira is unknowingly getting into. She is in partnership with Celia Daniels, who we know is running a slave operation and a county lines drug ring. On Monday night Celia buried the body of one of her slaves, Anya, on Moira’s land. She also got hold of one of Moira’s blankets to wrap the body in, making sure Moira was firmly in the line of fire should it come to it. Celia declared it her “insurance policy”. Of course it leaves Moira open to all sorts of implications. One fan pointed out on Reddit: “Moira has gone into business with Celia – she signed a contract and Celia has all the paperwork. So if the police start investigating activities on Celia’s farm, there will be a paper trail leading to Moira.” The thread led to the question of where is Cain in all of this? Others then commented it is “strange how absent he has been this past few months.” Over on X more fans added their thoughts: “Anyone Seen Cain Dingle? Last scene was 22nd October 2025 once found please return to his wife Moira Dingle.” “Please come home and save your wife Cain,” said a second. Plenty more questioned where he is, but others were sure he will come back and there will be hell to pay. “Wait til Cain finds out what them two morons are doing to his wife – incoming psycho Cain Dingle please,” said one.
