With Robert and John Sugden feuding in the village, Robert’s just made himself a huge target. And, John has something huge planned for Robert. But, could Robert end up losing his life just like Nate did? Is Robert about to become John’s latest victim? (Credit: ITV) John abducts Robert in Emmerdale In upcoming scenes, John will abduct a drugged up Robert and shove him in his van. Why? Well, this is because the two Sugden brothers current hate each other’s guts. Ever since Robert turned up on Aaron and John’s wedding day and tried to steal John’s groom away from him, there’s been bad blood between them. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Aaron ultimately chose to marry John, with Robert heading back to prison for a couple of weeks extra time inside (was missing his probation meeting worth it?). Now, Robert has returned once more, and he’s not going to shy away from making his presence known just because John says so. John might’ve not met Robert before, but we certainly have! Upcoming scenes though will see Robert get drugged by his date, with John swooping in and bundling Robert into his van. He then holds a syringe as he prepares to inject Robert with something… Will history repeat itself? (Credit: ITV) Fan theory predicts huge Nate death downfall for John A new fan theory has now suggested that John will inject Robert with the same drug he did Nate Robinson in a bid to ‘save’ Robert’s life and come off as a hero. However, when Robert awakes, a new theory reckons he’ll piece everything together and realise that John was responsible for killing Nate. Clever. One fan wrote: “How will John get caught? I reckon he will inject Robert with the same drug he injected into Nate, Robert will go to the police, and a blood test will match up to the drug found in Nate during the post-mortem.” But, if this is the case, it could be the key to bringing evil John down once and for all! He only joined Emmerdale in August last year but John Sugden's already 'saved' a huge amount of people from meeting a grisly fate. John's hero complex has seen always be the first at the scene, arriving promptly just when trouble occurs. Even if that means creating dangerous situations just to have something to do. That's one way to kill time (and - cough, cough - people). But, who has he 'saved' so far? It's quite a lengthy list. Aaron When Aaron was badly punched during the chaos of Ross and Billy's illegal boxing match, John rushed to the scene and helped save Aaron after he suffered a collapsed lung. And, now he's married the guy. Who has John 'saved' in Emmerdale?: Moira If saving Moira from the burning barn wasn't enough, John also saved her months later when Moira got her hand trapped under the trailer. Albeit, this incident was a result of John tampering with the slurry tank and causing a slurry leak. Ruby Another person John tried to save from the barn fire was Ruby. He managed to carry her out of the flames and to safety, saving her life. Who has John 'saved' in Emmerdale?: Mack Mack and John haven't always seen eye to eye but this didn't stop John from saving him in the barn fire when a pillar dropped down. John grabbed Mack and pushed him out of the way before he met his maker. Eric Eric headed to the surgery and complained of chest pains. With Liam out of the room, John noticed he was having an angina attack and saved his life. He got so much praise that he then got a permanent job at the practice. Who has John 'saved' in Emmerdale?: Nate Okay, John didn't actually manage to pull this one off and come out the hero, but he did try to 'save' Nate after the barn fire. With Nate in pain, John injected him with something which actually made Nate worse. Nate reacted badly to the injection and ended up dying. John then wrapped his body off and shoved it in the lake. Gruesome. Aidan Aidan Moore was John's former lover who he'd met in the army. John made out that Aidan had been badly injured and he couldn't save him. However, we now know that Aidan survived in a coma, with John putting him there in the first place. John even tried to kill Aidan at the hospital before playing the hero by giving him CPR when things went wrong. Jacob Mixing up his and Jacob's coffees at the surgery, John made an oblivious Jacob sip from a coffee with nut traces in. Jacob then went into anaphylactic shock, with John being slow to save Jacob but only jumping in when Victoria appeared. Chas Drugging Chas, John rushed in to save her in the Woolpack after she hit her head and fell unconscious on the floor. Poor Ella Forster was accused of spiking Chas when it was 'hero' John all along. Liam John helped Liam out with both panic attacks and a life threatening attack and blow to the head. If only Liam knew that John was the person to attack him in the first place. Who has John 'saved' in Emmerdale?: Cain Most recently in Emmerdale, John watched Cain drink himself into oblivion before passing out on the floor, and then he saved him. He made out that he was also drinking with him but actually wasn't. He then conveniently grabbed a drip and came to the rescue.
