The episode has not aired on TV yet, but is available to watch on ITVX and YouTube. Laurel Thomas came face-to-face with Ray Walters once again, as flashback week kicked off in Emmerdale. And it’s safe to say things between them didn’t end well. Someone killed Ray. And there have been a lot of theories on who that could be. By the end of the week, viewers will discover the truth. But tonight, all eyes were on Laurel. Ray begged Laurel for another chance (Credit: ITV) Laurel issued a dark threat to Ray Tonight’s episode picks up immediately after Ray killed Celia. And he headed off to the village only to realise Laurel knew everything about what he had done. Trying to find a way to win her back, Ray managed to get into her house through the back door, just as she was calling Nicola. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Ray took her phone off her, and demanded that they had a chat. And that’s when things got complicated. Laurel was completely taken aback when Ray opened up to her about his past, and how he started dealing drugs at the age of 10, but has been in this lifestyle since he was eight years old. While it seemed Laurel was feeling sorry for him, she also wanted to make it completely clear that he was a monster, and issued a dark threat. She told Ray: “You don’t deserve love and you don’t deserve forgiveness. You deserve what is coming to you. It’s going to be brutal and it’s going to hurt. Just like you have hurt so many yourself.” While the conversation between them continued, with Ray adamant he can make it work, Emmerdale Insider isn’t going to reveal what happens towards the end of the episode. But it certainly adds to theories on who killed Ray. He has quite a lot of people who wanted him dead. And so, each night the focus will be on someone else. The main suspects have all been keeping secrets for the past two weeks. And in every episode, viewers will learn more and more about what they are – and why they haven’t wanted anyone to know. A lot of people are in the frame right now, and by finding Ray’s killer, the police think it will help them put a huge picture together. But who exactly took the final blow? All will be revealed as the week goes on.
