It’s from tonight’s episode, which has not aired on TV yet. But it is available to watch on YouTube and ITVX. The body of Ray has finally been found in Emmerdale, but the discovery means bad news for a few villagers – especially the unknown murderer. Ever since Ray’s body was shown to the audience, many fans have been theorising as to who killed him. But Emmerdale’s own show boss has promised we will find out soon. But with the body discovered, eyes are certainly looking at Jai Sharma…. The depot has been made a crime scene (Credit: ITV) Ray’s body was found in Emmerdale In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale (January 12) the police took to the village for more investigations. But as they searched the Depot once more, they found more than they were expecting. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Caleb and Jai were informed that a body had been found. And so, their workplace was now a crime scene until further notice. And when they were asking who had been driving the van, Jai admitted it had been him. This obviously immediately painted him in a bad light. But things got even worse when Caleb asked if he had anything to hide, telling Jai he thinks the murderer must be much closer to home. When the police spoke to Jai, he explained that there are usually two sets of keys for the vans. But for that one, the other set went missing a while ago. And as the van remained locked when Jai wasn’t at it – he seems to be the only one who could have stashed something inside. Naturally, this doesn’t look good. And then later in the episode, Jai tells Caleb that he can’t ask any questions or else he’ll look even more guilty. But it’s clear that even Caleb thought Jai might be hiding something. Jai faces a lot of questions from the police (Credit: ITV) Is Jai hiding anything? While Ray’s killer remains unknown, it doesn’t make much sense for it to be Jai, as he didn’t really have any involvement with anything that was going on. But as the week continues, his past with Laurel begins to make a lot of villagers question if he was the one who went for revenge. And Caleb even lets the police know about his and Laurel’s divorce. When Jai’s behaviour is questioned, spoilers show that he doesn’t help his own case as he decides to point the finger at Dylan and April. But this just makes him look more guilty to some. The villagers begin to create their own theories throughout the week. But it’s clear that a lot of them have some secrets. And one thing is for sure secrets have a way of coming out in Emmerdale.
