After Bear killed Ray Walters in Emmerdale Paddy made the decision to lock his dad up and pretend he is still missing. Fans are now getting majorly confused, all asking just whose house it is – and we want to know too! What a lovely light hallway! (Credit: ITV) Paddy keeping Bear locked up Last week Bear ‘returned from the dead’ and saved Paddy and Dylan as they were being attacked by Ray. Bear was in a trance and didn’t really know what he was doing as he held Ray and squeezed him to death exclaiming repeatedly he ‘just wants it to stop’. Paddy and Dylan watched on in shock as the life drained out of Ray. But then they made the decision to protect Bear by covering the death up. They put the body in the back of Jai’s van and decided to lock Bear away and pretend he is still missing. Paddy then acted like he had no idea about any of it when he was told about Ray and Celia. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers On Monday night, Paddy discovered from DS Walsh that they are interested in speaking to Celia in connection with Ray’s murder. It gave Paddy hope that Bear would get away with this. Paddy headed back to the cottage, where Dylan had been trying to get Bear to understand their story. But after a few minutes alone with his dad, Paddy knew Bear still wasn’t okay. Despite Bear’s confused state, Paddy started to break down over keeping him locked away. He compared himself to what Ray was doing. Even Bear begged him to let him tell someone, but Paddy snapped and told him that was the one thing he can not do. After arguing with Mandy on the phone, Paddy went back to see Bear again. Only this time, he returned to find Bear’s room empty – and the window wide open. Despite Paddy’s questionable cover-up, which fans think there is absolutely no need for on the grounds of Bear’s mental health, one other thing bothering viewers is exactly where Bear is being held. When Paddy walked into the house last night it was definitely not the pokey cottage he shares with Mandy. It is tastefully decorated with none of her tacky knick knacks on display! It’s light, airy and a completely different layout downstairs. Plus Paddy brought Bear some of his ‘things from home’. So whose house is it? Social media is now abuzz with the question over exactly where Bear is now. “Who’s house is that anyway??” and “Where is that house?” asked fans on social media. One asked fellow watchers: “Must have missed it….where exactly is/was Paddy keeping Bear?” You didn’t miss it, we were never told! “Where the hell are they keeping Bear? Are there a [bleep] load of empty fully furnished heated farm houses just lying around the place?” asked one more. One viewer suggested Paddy may have rented an Airbnb, which is probably the only realistic explanation. But at this point, we really don’t know – and it’s really bugging us!
