Robert’s only just returned to the soap and it’s meant to be ‘for good.’ But, fans aren’t thanking their lucky stars just yet. They’ve now started worrying that Robert’s days are actually numbered and that we won’t have him back on our screens for long. He’s back – but, will we lose him again? He must’ve been the most popular guy in the whole place. After Vic visited him and saw the state he was in, Aaron was persuaded to go and see Robert for himself. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Despite Aaron reinforcing the idea that he was now with John and loved him, he also hinted that he couldn’t trust himself to be around Robert. Well, he is the ‘love of your life’ remember, Aaron. After this visit, John wasn’t far behind and had a few words with Robert of his own. And, they weren’t nice. Not nice at all. With Robert rubbing his kiss with Aaron in with John, John retaliated by threatening Robert. He told him he had ‘no idea what he was capable of.’ And, he wasn’t joking either. If only Robert knew… Now, with Robert heading back to the village, he’s John’s No.1 enemy. Will John kill him? (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale fans fear John will kill Robert Despite Robert only just returning back to us where he belongs, fans are worrying that he’s been brought back to die. This wouldn’t be the first time a soap has pulled this move. Fans have a valid reason to be worried. And, with John’s next plan seeing him abduct a drugged up Robert in his van in upcoming scenes, things look a little bleak. Taking to Reddit, one fan feared: “Got a feeling a sinister twist will happen in this storyline, hope I’m wrong.” Another person shared: “I read John kidnaps Rob… and he might not survive. So please don’t kill him off already!” A third person added: “Oh Robert and Aaron, I’ve missed you on screen together. Please, please don’t let John kill Robert when he finds out what he has done to Nate and all the other stuff.” A final viewer finished: “Go Robert.
