Ray searches for the rat Things very nearly went badly for Ray yesterday when the depot was raided by the police who’d been tipped off about drugs. That, plus his workers trying to escape, made him stand Laurel up and she’s not very happy about it. He’s working to regain Laurel’s trust, but also has the drug problem on his mind. Although the police have gone away for now, Ray knows their eyes will be on the depot so he’s had to halt things for now. He did it to give April a break from the demands of dealing, though he made sure the place was clean so they cops didn’t find anything. As Ray warns April and Dylan he will find out who turned on them, Dylan hides his guilt. Will Ray figure out who grassed them up? And what punishment will be dealt out? Sam keeps a secret from Lydia in Emmerdale spoilers After the electrics went at Wishing Well Sam has been desperate to raise funds for both the rewiring of the house and to pay for Lydia’s concert tickets to see Jason Donovan. He resorted to underhand tactics earlier this week as he stole Christmas trees from Home Farm with a view to flogging them for a profit. But Joe found out what he was up to and immediately sacked him. Belle pleaded Sam’s case and it seems Joe is rather soft-hearted all of a sudden. Meanwhile, Sam hasn’t told Lydia the truth that he has lost his job. Joe realises he’s been lying to Lydia so offers him his job back – and some extra hours to raise the cash he needs.
