The police are called and the ladies find themselves under arrest. But will a night spent together in custody lead to a truce? Ruby squares up to Manpreet at the Depot (Credit: ITV) The claws are out between Ruby and Manpreet in Emmerdale spoilers There was a time that Ruby and Manpreet were friends. But that all changed after Ruby discovered Manpreet had enjoyed a secret night of passion with Steph’s fella, Ross. Technically Steph and Ross had broken up when he bedded Manpreet, but it was still a betrayal in Ruby’s eyes. Family is everything to her and no one hurts her daughter and gets away with it! As the week begins, Caleb leaves the Depot in wife’s capable hands while he attends to other matters. But trouble is brewing when Ruby witnesses something. Deciding to confront Manpreet, Ruby goes to surgery and ends up embarrassing the doctor in her own practice. Manpreet doesn’t take the humiliation lying down and soon rocks up to the Depot to have it out with her nemesis. Defiant Ruby brushes her off, but that only riles Manpreet up more. She climbs on board a forklift and refuses to get off until Ruby speaks to her. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Ruby sees red when Manpreet mentions Steph’s name (Credit: ITV) Manpreet and Ruby are arrested The claws are out as Manpreet brings up Ruby’s hook-up with Cain in the hope of provoking a reaction. That doesn’t work, but as soon as Manpreet mentions Steph’s name Ruby sees red! Flying into a rage, Ruby pushes Manpreet into a nearby pile of boxes. It’s not long before the pair are engaged in a full on cat fight. Meanwhile, Caleb is sat supping a pint in the Woolie, completely oblivious to the carnage unfolding back at his business. Manpreet and Ruby are forced to spend the night in custody (Credit: ITV) Back at the Depot, both Manpreet and Ruby are refusing to back down. The police are called to the scene and place the warring women under arrested for ABH. Ruby and Manpreet are then hauled down the station to face questions.
