Emmerdale spoilers for tonight (Tuesday, May 27) reveal Aaron calls off his wedding to John after fearing he is still in love with Aidan Moore.

Elsewhere, Sarah Sugden‘s cervical cancer diagnosis is confirmed and she seeks comfort in Jacob.

Here’s everything happening in Emmerdale tonight.

1. Aaron calls off the wedding after John visits Aidan

We pick up on the wedding day again and John’s latest nightmare. This time he is seeing Aidan walking into the ceremony and interrupting it with his confession.

Back in the real world, John decides he must visit Aidan now he knows he is talking again. He agrees to go with Aidan’s mum Cathleen so he can assess exactly what threat Aidan is to his happy ever after.

But even before he can get to the truth with Aidan, he has yet another fire to put out. Aaron follows them to the hospital and seeing John and Aidan together concludes John still loves Aidan.

Aaron is heartbroken and immediately calls off the wedding. John desperately tries to persuade Aaron it’s him he loves and begs him to see it through. But will Aaron change his mind and agree to get hitched?

2. Sarah gets her biopsy results in Emmerdale spoilers on Tuesday

Sarah heads to the hospital on her own to get her biopsy results. Her worst fears are confirmed when the consultant tells her she has early stage cervical cancer.

Troubled Sarah struggles to take in all the information, but she is relieved to discover that it’s still possible for her to get pregnant.

With her head swimming, she leaves the consultant’s office and runs into Jacob, who is on shift. Sarah tries to put on a brave face but Jacob can tell something is wrong.

When Jacob offers his friend support, Sarah crumbles and tells Jacob about her cancer diagnosis.

3. Lewis discovers Ross’s marijuana plan

Since finding out that Lewis has a supply of “medical marijuana”, Ross has had pound signs in his eyes.

Yesterday, following Ross’s instruction, Mack headed to Lewis’s house to steal the marijuana while Ross kept Lewis busy. Mack eventually stumbled across the marijuana farm in the attic.

Tonight, Mack struggles to steal the goods as the stash is too big. Meanwhile, Ross panics when Lewis suggests heading home.

Lewis then receives a phone alert informing him of an intruder in the attic. He soon realises it’s Mack and demands an explanation from Ross.

4. Joe struggles with Clemmie

Since starting a relationship with Dawn, Joe has been trying to win over her kids. Last week, he tried bribery and bought Clemmie and Lucas e-scooters.

But after Clemmie called social services saying she was scared of her mum’s new boyfriend, it’s clear things are far from okay. Tonight, Joe realises he still has a lot of work to do with Clemmie in order to improve their relationship. It gets worse when she goes missing on his watch. Where has she gone?
