Robert’s guilt overwhelms him Moira is spending her time at her old farm rather than helping Cain and he is frustrated with her. At Emmerdale Farm, Robert protests against Moira being there, but she insists on helping and it only serves to make him feel more guilty. Moira can sense something is wrong and she presses him to be honest. Robert confesses he planted the IDs and that’s what led to her imprisonment. Moira gives Robert an ultimatum Devastated Moira tells Robert he must go to the police or else she will. Robert tells Aaron what has happened and he heads out determined to fix this. He begs Moira to keep quiet and knowing what this would do to Cain ahead of his operation, Moira decides to keep the truth to herself. Liam tries to get through to Cain With the distance between him and Moira growing, Aaron advises his uncle to make things right before his surgery. But Cain is still struggling to express his feelings. Concerned Liam tries to help, but then Cain makes a shocking admission. Cain’s decision shocks his family Meanwhile, Moira is confiding in Chas about how bad things are between her and her husband. Liam then arrives and stuns them both by revealing Cain is planning to cancel his cancer surgery. 7. Can anyone get through to Cain? Cain is at Zak’s grave when Pollard approaches. He shares his own fears about the future. But will Pollard’s words be what Cain needs to see sense about the surgery? Paddy tells Eve the truth Eve is upset when she hears gossip about her dad’s arrest. So Paddy bravely tells her he helped her grandad and it may mean he goes to prison. Mandy’s shock suggestion drives a wedge in her marriage Seeing how distressed Paddy is and how upset Eve is, Mandy makes a rash suggestion. She says maybe Paddy should let Bear take the blame. Paddy is disgusted and storms out. However he later returns and they make up, but it’s clear Mandy is terrified by the future. 12. A key witness could help Bear As Paddy tries to comfort anxious Bear, they are shocked to see Simo. Bear thought he had been murdered. Paddy hopes Simo will testify for Bear, but outside the prison Simo says he can’t. Although he knows Bear doesn’t deserve to go to prison, the impact on his own mental health is too great. Is that Bear’s last chance gone? Paddy looks out over the village worrying what his future holds (Credit: ITV) 13. Paddy’s last night in the village It’s all too much for Paddy who can’t find any reason to be positive. He looks out over the village, wondering what will happen. As he stands in the doorway to Tenants he takes a last look at his home, unsure whether that will be his last night there. Dr Todd drags Vanessa into her campaign against Jacob in Emmerdale spoilers Todd flirts with Vanessa in Emmerdale spoilers (Credit: ITV) 14. A darts match sees sparks fly Jacob is struggling with Dr Todd now living in the village. At the pub Todd, Manpreet, Vanessa and Mary all bond over a game of darts. Todd and Vanessa are on the same team and it’s clear the doctor is flirting, but Vanessa has no idea. However Todd later uses the opportunity to spread more of her lies about Jacob.
