As Billy and Dawn’s escape plan is thwarted, Emmerdale spoilers confirm tragedy is ahead during wedding week
A huge week is comingEmmerdale is gearing up for a huge week of shocks as Joe and Dawn’s wedding day is finally here, but she is still planning on fleeing with Billy.
It’s been building up for a while, but Joe and Dawn’s big day is finally here. And there is obviously going to be a lot of drama ahead.
Dawn’s currently planning on running away with Billy. And Joe’s has no idea. However, their plans have been halted as Caleb won’t let them go before the day of the wedding. So, with things already starting to spiral, the week of wedding episodes will certainly bring a lot of secrets out.
Dawn and Billy’s plan is halted by Caleb
Dawn believes Joe attacked Billy. But Billy has since discovered that it was really Kev, and Caleb knew the whole time. However, he decided that piece of information wasn’t important for Dawn to know about.
Their plan was for them to leave before the wedding day, as Dawn just wanted to go as quickly as possible. But Caleb – who is getting them new passports – wants Joe to be completely humiliated. So, he told Billy that he won’t be giving them their things until the wedding day itself.
Immediately, Billy knew Dawn wasn’t going to like that. While she wants away from Joe, she still loves him – and is carrying his baby. So, when Dawn heard the update she told Billy that no matter what, they left tonight.
However, Billy called her, pretending he was stuck and wouldn’t be able to get home until the next morning. In reality, he was sitting in Caleb’s house, forming a new plan with him.
So, next week is the wedding. And things are about to take a devastating turn.
Emmerdale spoilers confirm tragedy ahead
While Emmerdale have only released vague spoilers for Dawn and Joe’s wedding, what we do know is that not everyone makes it out alive.
At the beginning of next week, Graham discovers Dawn’s plan and is horrified. He tries to make her see that Billy could not have seen Joe attack him since he was hit by behind.
However, Dawn doesn’t know what to believe and a tussle ensues. So, she grabs a shovel and whacks him with it, knocking him out cold. But as he comes around, he realises he’s tied up with no way of escape.
As this is happening, Caleb relishes knowing Joe’s life is about to be completely destroyed. So, when Joe un-invites him to the wedding, Caleb wastes no time in telling him exactly what Dawn has planned. But has he told him too early?
Then, something shocking occurs. The village is left in a state of shock as they hear about the tragic incident. DS Ramsden soon appears to investigate, while Gabby watches on from a distance.
But the big question is what has happened? And has everyone made it out?
