I’m A Celebrity’s rumoured campmates: Ade Adepitan

Ade Adepitan’s name has been added to the I’m A Celebrity rumours by an insider.

I’m A Celebrity 2026: Christopher Dean rumoured for line-up

Could Christopher Dean be swapping the chilly temperatures of the ice rink for the tropical climes of Australia?

Christopher, 67, won gold at the 1984 Olympics with skating partner Jayne Torvill.

They later went on to judge and coach the contestants on ITV’s Dancing On Ice from 2006 until it was axed last year.

According to reports, Christopher has previously ruled out an appearance on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!. But now he is retired, the sportsman is said to have changed his mind.

A source told The Sun: “When bosses came knocking this year, he saw it in a different light. He’s recently retired and is looking for a new challenge.

“I’m A Celebrity is certainly that, so he has met with producers a few times already to talk through being a campmate for this year’s standard Australian series.”

Bosses are said to have their “fingers crossed” that Christopher will sign on the dotted line.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Nadia Bychkova

Nadia Bychkova won’t be spinning around the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom this autumn. It was announced earlier this year that Nadia has left the BBC show amid a big shake-up of the professional dancers.

But what this does mean is that 36-year-old Nadia’s diary is likely to be clear for I’m A Celebrity 2026.

Insiders claims Nadia has had “a number of chats” with I’m A Celebrity bosses since news of her Strictly departure broke. They are even said to be “so impressed” with her in terms of a possible campmate.

However, Nadia will be keeping us on our toes with this one. Following her axing as a pro dancer, she said she might still be popping up on Strictly this year.

“We are talking about, hopefully, in the future me coming in and choreographing some of the pro numbers,” Nadia said.

It is now rumoured that Su-Elise could also be adding a jungle stint into her 2026 diary, too. It was previously reported that she has also been in discussions for I’m A Celebrity, with sources saying “the timing couldn’t be better”.

Su-Elise’s bandmate Sabrina tried her luck on the ITV show in 2009 and now she wants to give it a shot.

“The reunion has reminded everyone just how much love there still is for Mis-Teeq,” an insider added.

Ben Stokes to join I’m A Celebrity 2026?

Christopher’s name comes just days after cricket legend Ben Stokes also found himself being tipped for the show.

The England Test captain has just announced he is hanging up his bat, leaving him wide open for this year’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity.

Ben, 35, shocked fans at the end of last month as he announced mid-way through a match that he is retiring.

And now odds are on for him heading Down Under for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!.

Alex Apati, from Ladbrokes, said: “Ben Stokes could soon be swapping cricket for crickets, if the latest odds are anything to go by.”

When is I’m A Celebrity 2026?

Christopher and Ben are the first names tipped for this year’s I’m A Celebrity. But they will start coming thick and fast now. The series is due to return this autumn, with it most likely to begin in mid-November.

Last year’s run kicked off on ITV1 on November 16, 2025, with it ending three weeks later on December 7.

Meanwhile, the rumoured names have also started to drop for I’m A Celebrity’s next spin-off series. To mark the show’s 25th anniversary, I’m A Celebrity: The Wild Frontier is set to air next spring.

The show will be mostly pre-recorded, like I’m A Celebrity South Africa, but will be filmed in Canada this autumn. The first names rumoured to have signed are boyband stars Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy.
