I'm A Celebrity fans turn on 'lazy' Martin Kemp and accuse him of 'being paid £95,000 to take a holiday'
His son Roman even wants to start an 'anti-vote campaign'I’m A Celebrity viewers have branded Martin Kemp “lazy” after he refused to put his hand up for the latest Bushtucker Trial.
Martin has come under fire from fans after he failed to volunteer for Walk The Plank during last night’s show.
The Spandau Ballet star’s reluctance to take part came after his family spoke out publicly about his lack of I’m A Celebrity airtime.

But fans are convinced Martin isn’t helping himself. His famous son Roman now even admits he is baffled by his dad’s lack of Bushtucker Trials.
One viewer quipped about Martin’s rumoured £95,000 fee to take part, suggesting he has taken the money in exchange for a “month-long holiday in Australia”.
I’m A Celebrity fans brand Martin Kemp ‘lazy’
Martin – who has gone under the radar for the majority of the series so far – certainly caught the attention of viewers last night. It was announced in camp that the next Bushtucker Trial needed one volunteer.
Both Shona McGarty and Jack Osbourne offered to do it, while several others raised their hands. But Martin remained silent. The group eventually picked EastEnders star Shona to go.
Taking to X, fans complained: “Martin Kemp has really gone down in my estimations. I loved him in the 80s but he is coming across as a complete wimp! He votes for all the women to do the challenges and slinks back into the shadows.”
Another added: I’ve moaned about Ginge being lazy with the washing up,. But at least he’s done trials and fed the camp. Martin has done (bleep) all.”
Someone else posted: “Anyone else think Martin Kemp is treating #ImACeleb like a holiday camp? What does he actually do? Time to go lazy (bleep)!”
And, staying on this theme, another viewer even mused: “Martin Kemp has been paid £95k to have a month long holiday in Australia, do one Dingo Dollar challenge and a couple of little trials, then just chill. Love him for that.”

I’m A Celebrity: Martin Kemp’s son Roman reacts
Martin’s son Roman has been throwing his support behind his dad over the past two weeks. But even he is beginning to turn on him.
Roman, who came third in the 2019 series of I’m A Celebrity, is now urging viewers to “stop voting” to save Martin. Also commenting on X, he said: “Genuine question, is my dad the only one to have not done an actual trial?”
Roman has since added: “I’ll tell you this, if my dad survives tomorrow. I’m going to need to start the anti-voting campaign. I’m not having him beat my 3rd place… I’d never live it down.”
Who left I’m A Celebrity last night?
Kelly Brook is the latest celebrity to leave I’m A Celebrity. The model and radio presenter received the least amount of public votes on Tuesday night.
There are now eight campmates left in the jungle and they are all at risk of elimination. They are; Martin, Shona, Jack, Ruby Wax, Angry Ginge, Aitch, Tom Read Wilson and Lisa Riley.
In tonight’s show, there will be another Bushtucker Trial. But Martin is not doing that one, either. ITV has confirmed Jack will be taking on Dangerous Discoveries in an effort to win meal stars for camp.
Could this spark the end of Martin’s stint? Or will he still live to see another day in the jungle?
