Is beef brewing between the two campmates?I’m A Celebrity South Africa stars Gemma Collins and Sinitta seemed to clash on tonight’s episode, with viewers already picking a side.
On Thursday’s episode, Sinitta wanted to clear something up with former TOWIE star Gemma about her career.
Back in 2022, Gemma was cast in a production of Chicago. She was set to play the role of Mama Morton in her theatre debut.
She was given the role after Sinitta played the character in the production the year prior. However, Gemma was forced to pull out of the theatre role at the time.

When Sinitta asked what happened with the role, Gemma said: “I had a terrible injury. It was something to do with the insurance.”
Sinitta replied: “Okay. We were like, ‘Is this some sort of joke announcement?'”
Gemma then cut in: “Not a joke Sinitta. I auditioned for it and got it fair and square. Did all the training and everything. Had the voice coach.”

Sinitta replied: “I’m sorry, I’m going to admit it, when I heard you were doing it, I thought it was a joke announcement.”
Gemma asked: “For what reason Sinitta?”
Sinitta then referenced the famous 2017 moment which saw Gemma fall through a trapdoor on stage as she presented an award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards.
She said: “Just because, I think the last thing I’d seen… I think you’d just presented something at an awards and fallen off the stage. It was kind of like you were more of a comedian.”

Fellow I’m A Celeb campmate Scarlett Moffatt’s eyes widened as she watched on. She then mouthed: “What’s happening?”
Gemma said: “I don’t think you’d get casted as Mama Morton in Chicago if you didn’t pass the audition.”
Speaking in the Telegraph, Gemma said: “I’m not a joke darling, I’m not a joke. I have done everything in my life on my own. I was just taken aback.”
Later in the episode, Gemma brought up the conversation she had with Sinitta with Adam Thomas. Could a possible feud be brewing in camp?
Viewers were also left stunned on X, with many slamming Sinitta for her “rude” comments.

One person said: “How rude of Sinitta!”
Meanwhile, another wrote: “Sinitta is almost coming across like Gemma didn’t deserve to be cast the same part as her? Because she’s not as famous as her… but yet she’s sharing the same camp with her.”
A third added: “I think Sinitta feels a bit threatened by the possibility of loss of screen time since Gemma Collins joined main camp!”
