I'm A Celebrity's Shona McGarty confirms she will record a song with Aitch - but won't date him
The I'm A Celebrity stars have made future plans togetherShona McGarty has confirmed she WILL record a new song with her I’m A Celebrity campmate Aitch – but she will definitely never date him.
The actress, 34, revealed there will be a musical collab between them now they have left the jungle.
Aitch had initially raised the idea of recording a track with Shona after hearing her sing during their time together on I’m A Celebrity.
The 25-year-old rapper, who has worked with Ed Sheeran and Stormzy, said Shona’s voice is “a different level”.
And now Shona has now admitted they have been in talks about a track.
Shona McGarty on her future with Aitch
Speaking on KISS FM, Shona revealed: “Aitch did say he’d like to do a little collab. Obviously I’m not going to say no. It’s Aitch.”
Shona, who is best known for playing Whitney Dean in EastEnders, finished this year’s I’m A Celebrity in third place. Aitch had left the jungle the day before her.
The pair were at the centre of romance rumours while on the ITV show, but Shona has been very quick to shut them down. She has now issued another cutting blow during her radio chat.
Shona said: “Honestly, when I came out of the jungle my sister was like, ‘You’re not going to believe what everyone is saying… You and Aitch are a thing’. I was like ‘WHAT, he’s like 25 or whatever he is!'”
The actress had been in a relationship with David Bracken before entering the jungle. The pair were even believed to be engaged, but they split before Shona jetted out to Australia.
While on the subject of romance, Shona was also asked by KISS FM host Tyler West if she is planning any festive dates this Christmas. But she was quick to confirm she will be spending it alone.
Tyler asked: “Are you doing me, myself and I this Christmas?” Shona replied: “100 per cent. It’s all about me this Christmas.”

Shona duets with Aitch’s sister
Meanwhile, Shona has now shared unseen footage from the I’m A Celebrity Coming Out reunion show. It shows her singing a duet with Aitch’s sister Gracie.
Gracie has Down syndrome and the pair bonded over the Whitney Huston power ballad, I Will Always Love You, while still in Australia.
Shona posted the footage on Instagram last night with the caption: “Just a little magical unseen clip from the @imacelebrity coming out show for you lovely lot. @aitch can I borrow your sister for another duet pls?”
Shona and Aitch’s I’m A Celebrity co-star, Tom Read Wilson, has been quick to comment. He said: “What an honour it was to have a front row seat for this xx.”
Martin Kemp’s wife Shirlie, who was also supporting her husband, added: “You sounded amazing and Gracie was loving every minute of it.”
We wonder if Gracie will also feature on Aitch and Shona’s collab?
