At lot has happened in Jesy's life since her last documentary droppedJesy Nelson is back in front of the camera again with the start date for her new Prime Video documentary Life Changing confirmed.
The former Little Mix star made her documentary debut earlier this year as she lifted the lid on her life after quitting the band.
Jesy, 34, was pregnant at the time of filming and later went on to give birth to twin daughters Ocean and Story.
However, her babies have since been diagnosed with a devastating genetic condition which means they will never walk.
Jesy’s latest documentary is described as “raw and powerful” and follows the star as she embarks on her, often difficult, journey into motherhood.

What is Jesy Nelson: Life Changing about?
Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix dropped onto Prime Video in February this year. Although she gave birth in the six-part series, Jesy was unaware of the devastating diagnosis Ocean and Story would later receive.
Her latest documentary, Jesy Nelson: Life Changing, is about the singer’s new life as a mum to Ocean and Story. Her daughters have since been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1.

The rare genetic condition causes muscle weakness and wasting. Thanks to Jesy’s maternal instinct, the girls were able to receive treatment which has vastly improved their life expectancy.
However, because the condition was not detected sooner, they are unlikely to ever walk.
Jesy has let the cameras follow her as she came to terms with her babies’ diagnosis. She is also letting fans in on her campaign to change how newborn babies are screened for the condition in the UK.
Fans will also watch her grabble another big change in her life. Jesy has become a single mother following the split with her fiancé and Story and Ocean’s dad, Zion Foster.
Why did Jesy Nelson split with Zion Foster?
Jesy and Zion got engaged at the end of Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix. But the couple confirmed their split in February this year. The reason behind their break-up is featured in Jesy Nelson: Life Changing.
The documentary has premiered at Sheffield Doc Fest and, according to The Mirror, Zion is candid about his daughters’ diagnosis.
After finding out the news, Zion says in the doc: “I am not equipped to deal with this, I am out of my depth, emotionally physically and mentally. At the moment I am just surviving.”
Jesy also says: “It is a very traumatic thing we have both been through.
“I think it’s quite inevitable for things like this to happen as a couple. Like, I don’t think it’s like a shock that we’ve broken up, because you’ll either be a team or it can tear you apart. And unfortunately, I feel like that’s what it’s done to Zi and I.”
The pair explain how they are “better off apart”.
When does Jesy Nelson: Life Changing start?
Prime Video has now confirmed the start date for Jesy Nelson: Life Changing. It will drop onto the streaming platform on July 17, 2026.
Sadly, it’s not a six-parter this time. The documentary is a stand-alone and will run for 60 minutes.
