Kelvin Fletcher's wife Liz announces Fletchers' Family Farm Christmas spin-off special
This sounds like a must-watch!Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz made a huge announcement on This Morning today (October 17), confirming she’ll be fronting a new show.
The couple, who have been married since 2015, share four children – son Milo, six, Marnie, nine, and twins Maximum and Mateusz, three.
The adorable family have been entertaining ITV viewers for the past few years on their hit show Fletchers’ Family Farm. And on This Morning, Kelvin’s wife, Liz announced that a new special is coming. But with an entirely different focus.

Kelvin Fletcher and wife Liz make announcement
While on the daytime show, host Alison Hammond announced: “I love the fact you are also doing this Christmas episode. Is it all about you Liz?”
Kelvin joked: “Yeah, I’ve been elbowed.”
Liz confirmed the news: “Yeah. We have got a brand-new show called Fletchers’ Country Workshop. It’s very much the other side of farming. There’s this side of the farm where we are renovating things and building things.
“It’s very much a lifestyle show. So, if you are into interiors, renovation and restoration. Or any of that. This is the show for you.”
When Alison asked if Liz enjoys the interior design elements, the 42 year old admitted it was the one positive of the fire that happened.
She explained: “I really, really love it. I really enjoy it. And that was the silver lining to the fire. The thought that once that once we accepted it, well there’s a restoration and renovation at the end of it.
“It is something I really enjoy doing. And everyone saw us build the cottage. They all got to see that journey.”
We are yet to hear exactly when the show will be on our screens and if it is set to be more than one episode. But as Alison said Christmas, we can expect to see it quite soon!

Heartbreaking family fire
Earlier this week, it was revealed that a fire had “roared” through Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz’s house.
The incident happened while they were away on a family holiday, and a few days in they “got a call” from their neighbours.
Kelvin explained: “It was the stuff of nightmares. Our neighbour called us. She was in a panic and the fire was roaring. The fire brigade were called.
“It was surreal. We were in another country, there was nothing we could do.”
The couple also spoke about the incident on This Morning, revealing it was “heartbreaking”.
Kelvin said: “We got the dreaded phone call. And it was heartbreaking, and so we got back. We obviously weren’t there so we weren’t harmed. The animals were all okay.
“But it was just – anybody who goes through it. Life is full of ups and downs but you have just got to think of the positives. For us, a great positive was that we weren’t hurt and that it was just a huge inconvenience. But the restoration has started.”

Kelvin reveals Emmerdale future
Elsewhere on their interview today, Kelvin was directly asked about all of the rumours that he is returning to Emmerdale. And unfortunately for fans, they are false.
He admitted: “There has always been rumours. Emmerdale is in a fantastic place at the minute. Like many, we are viewers. We are fans of the show. It’s so different now to watch the show that I was in for 20 years.
“I had some amazing memories there but I think I would be too busy. I don’t think I could stand the two-hour commute!”
