Kev declines Ruby’s job offer but spoilers reveal he changes his mind and Jimmy wil face the consequences in Emmerdale
Things go from bad to worse for JimmyEmmerdale is about to put Jimmy in the firing line of Kev and Ruby’s plan – as spoilers confirm he changes his mind about the job.
Ever since he came back to the village, Kev has been determined to be on his best behaviour. But the life of crime keeps pulling him back in.
Ruby knows Kev attacked Billy. So, it’s not really a surprise that when she wanted a dodgy job completed, she went to him. But what is more surprising is that he’s about to agree.
Kev rejected Ruby’s offer in Emmerdale
In tonight’s episode, Ruby was very interested in the haulage firm, and how it’s not performing well. But to put her off the scent, Jimmy convinced her that a huge deal is about to bring them back on top.
However, later, he was in the pub speaking to Bob about how bad things are financially. As this was happening, Kev noticed that Ruby kept staring at him.
Cornering him outside the bathrooms, Ruby told him he has a “job” that has low risk but high rewards – and that she can get him anything he needs to complete it.
However, Kev was very adamant that he wouldn’t be the one completing any job for her as he wanted to “keep clean” for Lewis.
But Ruby knows he hasn’t been too clean lately. And it seems she’s prepared to use that to her advantage.
Jimmy’s about to face the consequences
In Emmerdale spoilers for next week, it’s confirmed that Kev does indeed help Ruby with the job against Jimmy.
She manages to convince him to steal a van to use, and the pair pull off their plan to destabilise Jimmy.
Knowing Caleb and Ruby have video footage of him attacking Billy, he acts quickly and smashes Caleb’s laptop to destroy the evidence. But then, he accidentally lands himself in it when he tells Billy how sorry he is!
With Jimmy in financial ruin after Kev and Ruby’s stunt, he is forced to see them his haulage business. Then, things get even worse when Nicola suggests they renew their vows – but Jimmy can’t focus on anything other than their unpaid mortgage.
How will he manage to get out of this situation? And will Nicola ever discover the truth? We can’t imagine Lewis would be too happy with Kev if he ever found out!
