Loose Women fans wondering where Nadia Sawalha is will now find her hosting her own rival lunchtime show
Lunchtime Laugh comes amid her noticeable absence from Loose WomenNadia Sawalha has had Loose Women fans wondering where she is for more than a month – and now she has launched her own lunchtime show.
The 61-year-old star, who has sat on the Loose Women panel for almost three decades, has vanished from the ITV programme.
Nadia’s disappearance first came after her husband Mark Adderley’s suspension from the Green Party.
Some YouTube viewers had accused him of making antisemitic comments in a number of his videos. Mark vehemently denies the claims.
Rumours later suggested that Nadia had been dropped from Loose Women. ITV denied this.
But the mystery surrounding Nadia’s absence has now deepened further.
She has begun fronting her own lunchtime show, discussing topics that could quite easily be on Loose Women’s daily agenda.

Nadia’s new show streams on hers and Mark’s YouTube channel, and on Twitch, each day at 1pm. Loose Women runs on weekdays on ITV1 from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, which means they clash.

The couple, who have 157,000 subscribers on YouTube, have called it Mrs & Mister: Lunchtime Laugh. Nadia has confirmed to their viewers and listeners that she will “always” be at the helm.
“I’m in the driving seat. I’m in charge and this is the way it’s always going to be,” Nadia said.
The TV presenter, who found fame in EastEnders during the 90s, described it as a “lunchtime break”.
She added: “We’ve been talking for a long while about doing this. This is lifestyle stuff, silly stuff. And there will be one serious topic [a day].”
In what could be seen as a dig to Loose Women, Nadia said in another episode: “This is non-political, it’s chat, it’s lifestyle chat and men and women’s POV [point of view]. Which is what we always want.”
The couple have been running their show for two weeks. Yesterday (Tuesday June, 9, 2026) Nadia and Mark – who has now won a local council seat for the Greens despite his suspension – discussed some Loose Women-style topics.
Off the back of social media videos they had found, Nadia and Mark announced they would be giving opinions on “the virtue of politeness, is snoring a turn off, menopause brutality”.
When was Nadia last on Loose Women?
Nadia has not been on Loose Women since late April. In the previous two weeks, The Green Party had announced Mark’s suspension.
It was later claimed Nadia had been ‘dropped’ from the show. TVGuide contacted ITV at the time and a spokesperson denied this.
Nadia also said to her fans on Instagram: “Thank you all so much for all your lovely messages but listen, don’t worry guys, there’s loads of lies going around at the moment.
“One of those is that I have been suspended from Loose Women. I have not been suspended from Loose Women.”
But Nadia is once again missing from today’s Loose Women. Charlene White, Olivia Attwood, Kelly Brook and Jane Moore are on the panel.
TVGuide has again contacted ITV for comment on Nadia’s future on the show in the wake of Mrs & Mister: Lunchtime Laugh.
The broadcaster is yet to respond.
