MAFS Australia’s ‘gobsmacked’ Bec fired from day job following explosive scenes: 'They can't have her there'

The 13th season of the reality series may have just hit UK screens, but those in Australia have been watching the fallout for weeks. And despite the explosive episodes, it has still been renewed for 2027.
However, one bride who has been facing the consequences of her actions on the outside world is Bec. New reports have claimed she has been fired from her day job.
MAFS Australia 2026 Bec fired from job
Bec was believed to be just a few weeks into a brand-new job in sales at a manufacturing company in Adelaide, when things took a turn for the worse.
According to Woman’s Day, the show had just started airing. The company suggested she took some time off until it was over.
A source told the outlet: “Bec straight away said no. She told them she needed the job to pay her rent and mortgages.” Especially as she has split from her rich ex-boyfriend!
However, after some back and forth, the company reportedly agreed to keep her as long as she did not “do any publicity to promote the show”.

But following the third dinner party “everything changed”. While UK viewers are yet to see that specific dinner, it caused chaos in Australia as Bec tried to interfere with several different couples.
Her behaviour was then called out by the experts.
It’s believed it was that which led to her being brought in for another meeting with her bosses.
The source said: “They told her they couldn’t have her there. They didn’t want her to work there any longer and it was due to what was happening on MAFS.”
Bec was reportedly left “gobsmacked” as she had “told them” what was going to come up on the show.
What happened between Bec and the others on MAFS?
Here in the UK, we’re only finished week two of MAFS Australia 2026. But that doesn’t mean there hasn’t been plenty of drama.
Bec was matched with Danny and the pair have faced quite a few blips in their short marriage.
While on their honeymoon, Bec – who has had reconstructive surgery on her jaw – accused Danny of eyeing up another woman.
To make matters worse, Danny was very vocal about how he didn’t feel any sexual chemistry with Bec, leaving her heartbroken.
Bec instantly had a feud with Gia, who was quite happy to hear about her and Danny’s issues. However, things seem to potentially be different for the couple now. They managed to move on from their earlier issues.
