Strictly Come Dancing 2026 stars Will and Dianne quickstep

Last night saw Will and Dianne perform a quickstep.

Their routine scored them 29 points out of 40. Craig Revel Horwood said there needed to be some “slight improvements”, but praised the pair for being so “watchable”.

Anton Du Beke gushed that Will had “looked so lovely”, and Shirley Ballas described the routine as a “definite improvement”.

“We are heading in the right direction, sir,” she said.

Craig then scored them a six, Motsi an eight, Shirley a seven, and Anton an eight.

However, it wasn’t the scoring that got some fans talking…

Strictly fans slam show bosses

Some fans were unhappy with the fact that Will and Dianne performed first – the second time they’ve done so this series. The first time they did so was back in week one.

Meanwhile, couples like Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu, Cach Mercer and Maddie Ingoldsby, and Tabby Stoecker and Mark Karmalita, have yet to perform first this series so far.

“How is Will going first already for the 2nd time? There are people there who have never gone first. Between this and his awful songs the producers hate him,” one fan fumed.

“Will and dianne dancing first AGAIN when they have already been first and have had the lowest average running order position by a mile is [bleeping] insanity they have been nothing but screwed over this entire series when others have been highly highly favoured,” another said.

“Will on first again what???” a third wrote.

“Haven’t will and Dianne been first already?” another asked.

Craig Revel Horwood slammed

Fans also took to Twitter to slam Craig during last night’s show.

The star was deemed to be scoring much harsher than his fellow judges – something that left viewers divided.

He gave both Cach and John Nellis scores of four last night, and even told the audience to “shut up” when they booed him.

“What is wrong with Craig tonight?!!! He’s not being constructive at all; he’s just being a total [bleep],” one fan fumed.

“Ok… who urinated in Craig’s cornflakes today? He seems super grumpy tonight,” another said. “He was in terrible form tonight. Some of those scores were unreasonably low,” a third wrote.

However, some viewers were loving Craig’s attitude.

“He was in terrible form tonight. Some of those scores were unreasonably low,” one fan cheered.

“Go on Craig! Yes – at last!!” another said.
